Good location close to most things in the city. Room wasn't the cleanest and tea/coffee etc were not topped up through my stay. However staff were really helpful and welcoming. Really happy that there were gluten free and dairy free breakfast options.

Everything about the stay was fine, apart from the air con which would only pump out hot air, the thermostat appeared broken. It was too hot in the room and the noise outside made it unsuitable to open the window. This was a disappointing experience and I will look elsewhere in the future, particularly for the price I paid for the room.

Carp park handy. But I’d suggest dropping bags off first. Otherwise pulling along bumpy pavement! Check in very pleasant. Room clean and comfortable. Towels could do with an upgrade. Except for around 5 hours, always police/ambulance sirens going. There was a constant smell of cannabis whither outside, in corridors or in room if window open! As we were going to Royal Northern Collage of Music for a concert, it was well placed. We did use taxi as a bit too far fir my new hip!
