The room ventilation system makes so much noise. I closed the air conditioner but the noise was coming from toilet side and wasnt possible close at all. I couldnt sleep well at all. Otherwise location is nice. Room 219 stayed and pls check it. Next time might not stay due to this noise

Nice room with everything you need. Only remark is that the room was noisy (ventilation system).

As mentionned above: excellent stay! Room, bed, services, bed: very good. There is only one, big problem: You lose points because the hotel has become practically inaccessible by car!! Point of attention: when you ask the customer to arrange everything digitally (registration, data, invoicing, confirmation, surveys, etc...), the same can be asked of you with regard to the reception. It takes a few minutes before someone is registered. When you arrive in a group, you have to wait at least half an hour. All other facilities are good to very good.

Service was fine - but the hotel room was not clean enough for a higher rating. There was what looked like cigarette burn marks or some kind of sauce on the wall near the bed, which had a black hair stuck to it, so clearly had not been wiped down, likewise in the bathroom the walls had green spray dripping down which hadnt been wiped.
