« Nice staff, clean room but there was not even basic equipment/service in the hotel »

The staff was nice, our room was clean but the equipment of the room was insufficient. There was no wardrobe and overall only 1 shelf so we had to put our clothes on the ground. But what was the worst, was that there was no hot water from Sun evening to Mon morning. So in December, after spending a whole day in the cold weather, we had to take cold shower(!!!). And a kettle or a hot water mashine at the reception for at least making tea would be good.

This hotel is the worst regarding cleaning and organization. The toilets were very dirty and the showers too. The staff were very gentle and nice.

« Radiator on the floor uppn arrival »

I stayed at f1 hotels many times before, so I know what to expect, but this one disappointed me. The room is indeed unsuite, but that means no desk, a tiny basin instead of the usual large one, nowhere for hanging clothes, much worse overal... And when I arrived the radiator had fallen off the wall and was lying on the floor, such bad state of maintenance, VERY POOR!

There were bedbugs on both rooms. No one was at the front desk to switch us rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE I am going to sue them.

« OK but not great. »

My room had bathroom inside, very clean, but there were No towels, you have to buy them, blind was broken so the light enter in the morning, no wardrove or hangers. Bed was OK. Ugly area, sort of guetto. It´s cheap compared with Paris hotel prices but still I won`t come back.

I was disappointed, for price what I paid.. i the room was smoking, no water at the first night.. no in the shower in the toilet.. i have to brush my teeth without water. When I asked manager about water... he’s couldn’t say anything, because he’s don’t speak English..

« Small - don't have cleaning service - to avoid »

We had to wait up to 1p.m to have our room. The room was very small, about 9m2. All was dirty. There was no towel and no cleaning service in the morning! Lucky for us that we spent only 2 nights. If we had have stayed for 5 days I couldn't imagine it. The mattress was hard and pillows thin. You could hear every noise outside from your room. I paid 50€/night to expect something better than a student hostel.

« Clean but noisy and blind small than window »

The room was clean . Small and basis but reflected in the price. Sound proofing of room and window was poor. The blind was held down with string as it was not long enough to fully close, room on busy toad with street lighting so never dark. Bathroom small clean and recently renovated.

« One of the worst customer treatment ever »

The person working in reception is highly unqualified and lacks zero respect and attitude towards us. He is the worst to be sitting as receptionist.. I would like to say that he is incapable of being handling this job and we need better person to treat customers well. He works in the morning shift .. ( we went to the hotel around 9 ) Hope you take proper action . Thanks!!
