Room was clean except for the floor that clearly hadn't been cleaned up (walked barefoot for a few minutes before showering and water under my feet came out grey). The place is quiet, really nothing bad to say about the tranquility. It was good. The only big problem is the lack of communication : we came in late in the night (3am) and if it wasn't for a guy outside the hotel (clearly somebody that lives in the neighbourhood, he said he was waiting for a friend) didn't tell me that I should just push the gate of the fence without using the intercom, we would have never got inside since nobody answered the phone (reception closed) and the intercom wasn't working (reception is supposed to be open or at least self check-in accessible 24/7..). When I got in I had finally a chance to self check-in using the machine in the lobby, so thankfully the problem was quickly solved. A man (I guess from security) nicely told us where to park. He was really welcoming and just asked what was the name on our reservation so he could check us on their list. Other problem, which is a biggy to me : all informations displayed on the website and that I received by mail after making my reservation indicated that check out limit is 12:00. On morning, 10am the cleaning crew knocked on the door asking if they could clean up. We told them we just woke up, if they could give us some time and they let us. 11am they knock again, telling us that checkout limit is 10am and they need to clean. I started to get on my nerves.. Only to realise when we came out at 11h30 that there's an A4 paper on the reception desk saying that due to COVID-19 restrictions checkout limit is at 10. But since we didn't check-in through the reception we never saw it when we came. Plus the man that checked us on the list didn't say anything. I apologised to cleaning crew once I knew and told them we didn't know. But clearly I told them that the information wasn't displayed properly. If I knew, I would never have made a reservation in the first place since we took a room only to have time to sleep and take our time when we woke up after a night out, not being harassed by the kids. It wasn't to be bothered by cleaning crew. I'm not saying they did wrong by knocking on the door : it was their job and clearly we did overstay but only because communication wasn't properly made beforehand. You should really change the informations on the website and in your emails according to COVID-19 restrictions and put more posters (for example inside the elevator or on the acces door for stairs) and, above all, BIGGER ones so that clients are properly warned. And also make sure that your clients can easily access the hotel even when they check-in late. Without the guy outside telling me to push the gate, we'd have had to change our plans and not sleep in the hotel (event though I did make a reservation) because nobody came outside to check on us even though we were clearly waiting in front of the gate (lights of the car turned on) to get inside. And since the intercom isn't working, maybe put a warning. Because the Infos near the intercom only are available when it's working!

good relationship between price and quality of service, problem was with the entrance to the hotel, no one was at the reception until 4pm and we did not get the code to enter the hotel even though we had previously done a check in online, the staff are friendly, the hotel is quite correct in price
