as i was tying to check in ,they asked for parking fee.please make sure you do your research before booking .as parking charges are written way in the bottom. thats what the lady told me at the reception .

« Lack of professionalism »

On Sunday 5 January 20 the hotel booked a cab on my behalf. It was agreed that the fare is 6o£.It seemed no booking was made. I paid 75£.The staff lacked professionalism. It is an irresponsible act when I paid more than agreed.

« Massive room, great price »

Had a twin bed room. Enough space for three more beds. So much air I didn't need to open the window. Struggled initially with the electronic key until I realised the self closer was very stiff and needed shoulder pressure to open the door. Got a little lost in the anonymous corridor on the ground floor. Helpful, friendly staff. Coffee OK.

This hotel is greatly located and very near to East Ham , Tesco is just adjacent to the hotel, really worth staying for a budget and affordable price.

Charged nearly the same rate as the room for an early check in. Staff were rude and unhelpful Room wasn’t cleaned very well and cold as the hearing didn’t worked. When I complained the staff on reception seemed disinterested and barely looked up from her phone, she said someone would come to the room and fix it but never did after asking twice we slept in hoodies.

The room we were given had a very nasty strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Reported to reception & given another room. We then discovered later that the window had a broken catch so you couldn’t lock the window. Reported to reception on departure. You really need a good inspection of rooms & problems fixed ASAP. Buffet breakfast was faultless. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Good room at back of hotel on ground floor. Overhead light not working on one side of the bed. Online check in offered in email but not available when I attempted it. Phoned to confirm the room.

Been lost finding our room as 2 lifts were both not working? No greetings from reception. Staffs not friendly. Cob web and spider in the room. Good bit is they lent me kettle so I had cup of coffee in our room.

« Room was disgusting »

Mattress was wafer thin. Bedbugs in the bedding. Smell from next doors toilet coming into the room. When next doors toilet was flushed, the contents bubbled up in my sink. Management offered to exchange rooms, but I was advised that the room would have no heating. I booked for two days, but left after one, as I was so disgusted. I still had to pay for both days.

« Clean & Comfortable »

Overnight stay for business - The staff were friendly, the room was small but comfortable and the bathroom was of a good standard. There wasn't any tea/coffee in the room so will need to remember to take something with me next time. Will definitely return. Parking available which is essential for me.
