Very nice hotel located right in the center. The services were also adequate provided covid situation. Staffs were very friendly and helped us for everything. We really enjoyed our trip.

It's already several years since my first stay. And I can't say that there was a significant difference to the years before. The peoples friendly as usual. Food well prepared and tasty. I had my calm time in the afternoon when the business meeting finished.

Pleasant and quiet family vacation with swimming pool

Proffesional and kind receptionist, clean and tidy corridors, rich continental breakfast. The rooms are just about right size with multilaguage TV, table and a small fridge. There was also some tea, coffe and mineral water in the room at arrival. There is a bath with shower too. However, I missed the blue Gideon Bibles, that can be find at bedside in some other hotels. May be the hotel could order some copies at gideons.org / gedeoni.cz / gideons.sk/

The stay in NOVOTEL Prague was very nice as usual. All services are on high quality level with very proffesional and friendly staff. The room was clean and all the measures due to the COVID issue are in place. The location is very good. Hotel is just a few steps from Muzeum /Wenceslass square/. The metro and tram station are just behind the corner, so everyone can reach the public transport if necessary. Hotel

On our drive to the hotel we noticed one of our children with a slight fever. Because of Corona we decided not to come and asked hotel wheater we can postphone the journey. Unfortunately the hotel manager refused. Other hotels are more accommodating, especially with status members. Therefore no recommendation for us

Very old hotel and poorly equipped

Very old, used furniture and outdated and cheap bathroom and toilet the conditions were very similar to à Ibis which is 2 cheaper! Poorly equipped no expresso machine in the room... total disappointed this time!

Well located and nice stay overall! The staff was friendly and helpful and beds super comfy. The downfalls were the sink stayed clogged during our visit, we found large pieces of glass on the carpet with two young children, the outside was very loud and the air conditioning did not seem to be very efficient.

Very good once I realised I was getting moved from thecIbis, would have been good to know this in advance as finding the hotel closed was rather unsettling as I couldn't read the sign until I found my glasses .
