I think this is very good hotel and nice to stay there, brakfest very good . cons: need to improve the house keeping since we were 3 person , and few times the they replaced our towels for cleaning but took 3 and relplace to 2 , happend twice . we need to talk with lobby to fix it. another issue there were driling for an hours around noon it was distbaring ( due to balcony building) - need to comminate to me before staying that custruction working ...

it's 1st time in my experience when I felt non welcomed in Novotels. Reception person said that he allegedly doesn't see my payment made by bonus-points. It had required a lot of discussions. Also some deposit was requested. Welcome drink was not offered as well.

« Good services for a good price »

Big room with all you need for a beautiful vacation. A only bad thing was, that the temperature in the room wasn't adjustable. In my opinion it was a little bit cold in the room, about 20-21 gr. C.

I was unlucky to be booked to a room that was not available due to a technical problem. The hotel staff was helpful and directed me to another Accor Hotel which accommodated me well and maintained the price. They also paid for the traffic faire to the other hotel. « The worst hotel ever »

It was a huge mistake staying at Novotel Suites Paris Montreuil Vincennes, I don`t know which idiot gave 4 stars to this crap place. terrible service, absolutely no value for money, very dirty and smells bad, not friendly staff, the furniture are very old and low quality, no facility, no room service, I booked a room for 2 but all the facilities were for 1 gust. after 10 days of check, out still have not received the deposit on my credit card, the stupid receptionist never informed me that they blocked the deposit on my credit card while I paid the room rate by cash and I asked if you need the deposit I can leave you cash as well but they said no we don`t need but actually they blocked it on my credit card. terrible location ugly and super dirty area. Absolutely do not recommend. It was the wrong choice.

« Hotel is great, the surroundings of the hotel is not welcoming. »

The hotel was fine, breakfast great, space-full rooms, customer service to the point. The negative is the location of the hotel, unfortunately we stayed at the hotel from Saturday to Tuesday and this coincided with the flea market. Another negative experience was the false alarm that took off at around 1am.

Room number 321 I was staying at your hotel with my family I had to call your receptionist over at 1 am to show the bed bugs in the room Your receptionist came to the room and saw the bed bugs and he also saw the severity of the bites on my body It is over 100 bites For this day and age this is unacceptable especially in a modern country like France I would like a full refund and I would also like compensation for the distress and pain i have photos of everything

Poor breakfast and not enought tables for all the people at breakfast time. If something from the food ended we were waiting for a long time to bring more. Cleaner came into our room to clean it the time that we came from breakfast and we were in the room and she wanted to clean it that time. Also the day of check out, she came in the room to clean it at 9 o clock.

Hello, We are aware that in case of high attendance at breakfast, it may miss some places. That's why we are expanding the breakfast room, creating a beautiful veranda. Regarding the cleaning of the rooms, the maids start at 9am. If you do not want early cleaning service, mention this by putting the "do not disturb" sign in front of your door. Regards,

« Nice hotel with good reception and very rude snd impolite resturant staff »

We were told that breakfast from 6.30 till 11.30. so we went about 10.40 , we started to eat and my son try to grap yogourt which was in a high level than his hight so staff did not help so my wife went there to take yougort and this african staff lady was actually pulling yogourt from my wife hand and they remove all food by 11 oclock. O never see this bad behaviour in a hotel especially i accor club member. Please do something about this as this is ongoing behaviour.
