« Mostly a good stay »

I have stayed here at least 3 times before this and the hotel is always clean and friendly. It is usually it is nice and quiet but this time I was continually woken up by other guests banging about and having loud conversations outside my room in the small hours. Not the hotels fault by any means but annoying none the less as it meant 3 nights of interrupted sleep. I will remember to ask for a room at the end of the corridor next time!

« Not what shown in pics »

We were very disappointed, wrong information provided, very unhinged and smelly rooms. Not cleaned at all. Receptions staff was very rude, no even try to make guest comfortable in any situation. We traveled from New Zealand to Paris and booked for 5 night but due to unfriendly staff and uncomfortable smelly, unhinged rooms we left just in 2 days and shifted in New booked Best Western Premium hotel in central Paris. Totally intolerable. No refund or compensation from the hotel staff. Never ever recommend this.

We booked our rooms directly through the hotel website but encountered check-in problems. The front desk staff informed us that one room was only booked for a night, although our booking confirmation showed us booking 2 rooms for 3 nights. When this was sorted out, we were given the cards to our rooms. However, when we went into one of the rooms, the room wasn't obviously cleaned - bed and sheets were all over, coffee cups not disposed, etc. This was almost 11pm. We went back to front desk and was told that their system showed the room as CLEAN, which obviously wasn't. We were given a new room afterwards. We also had some problems with billing though this got resolved upon checking out. We had a comfortable stay overall, however, the hotel will need to look into their IT systems to ensure a pleasant check-in experience for its guests. Just to highlight that I am a Silver card member but was NOT given any welcome drink upon check-in.

« Not in city center but is easy to reach metro 1&9 »

We were unfortunately to visit Paris during the strike of public transportation. Luckily, this hotel is not far from Porte De Vincennes station for reaching Line 1, which keeps running all the time. It is good value with plenty of space in the room. We also have a Nespresso machine and capsules to make excellent coffee and chocolate.

The place was good and clean. The people were nice except one lady at the front desk. She was rude. The metro station was very far from the hotel. The price was a bit high for this hotel. I think 50-60 euro/night is fair for this hotel

Our stay at the hotel was good. The staff very good especially on the night shift. The afternoon and evening shift just ok but not so friendly like any others Accor Hotels. Room is great comfy bed and was we expected. Our trip is great except the lack of transportation around Paris due of the strike and we had to use Uber all the for this trip.

« Good hotel at a reasonable price »

Short walk from metro station, Shopping center with large grocery store so you can stock up on groceries since the room has a microwave, kettle and mini fridge. The layout of the hotel room is very comfortable. Staff was hit or miss - some were VERY helpful and knowledgeable, others less so.

« Room that smell cigarettes »

Reception desk have a very unpollite girl that complain when I asked to fix the keys that was desmagnetized twice in two days. She answered that I have to keep the key cards always from any cellphone and cards and that paper fold avoid the issue, not that smart employee. Room smell cigarettes everyday. It seems someone smoke on other rooms and smoke invades our room every morning and night. Sink was leaking waters from below. There is no glasses, fork, spoon and knife available.

« Poor reception staff and bad area »

On check in the receptionist was extremely rude and did not care. I asked for an upgrade as a Gold paid member, she considered for 5 seconds without looking up and said NO. I was not told that there was no restaurant and as we were starving from a big trip and it was pouring rain, we went to bed hungry. The Hotel is undergoing renovations and I should have been told about it when I booked. The price did not reflect the renovations and poor location. POOR unhelpful staff. I am considering not using my $400 membership again and not renewing as I was extremely embarrassed in front of my family.

I used to stay in this location one time a month since 2 years. An excellent hotel but since 2 months there some lttle problems happening, I still recommend this location but I'll see the evolution of this hotel.

I think this is very good hotel and nice to stay there, brakfest very good . cons: need to improve the house keeping since we were 3 person , and few times the they replaced our towels for cleaning but took 3 and relplace to 2 , happend twice . we need to talk with lobby to fix it. another issue there were driling for an hours around noon it was distbaring ( due to balcony building) - need to comminate to me before staying that custruction working ...

it's 1st time in my experience when I felt non welcomed in Novotels. Reception person said that he allegedly doesn't see my payment made by bonus-points. It had required a lot of discussions. Also some deposit was requested. Welcome drink was not offered as well.

« Good services for a good price »

Big room with all you need for a beautiful vacation. A only bad thing was, that the temperature in the room wasn't adjustable. In my opinion it was a little bit cold in the room, about 20-21 gr. C.

I was unlucky to be booked to a room that was not available due to a technical problem. The hotel staff was helpful and directed me to another Accor Hotel which accommodated me well and maintained the price. They also paid for the traffic faire to the other hotel. « The worst hotel ever »

It was a huge mistake staying at Novotel Suites Paris Montreuil Vincennes, I don`t know which idiot gave 4 stars to this crap place. terrible service, absolutely no value for money, very dirty and smells bad, not friendly staff, the furniture are very old and low quality, no facility, no room service, I booked a room for 2 but all the facilities were for 1 gust. after 10 days of check, out still have not received the deposit on my credit card, the stupid receptionist never informed me that they blocked the deposit on my credit card while I paid the room rate by cash and I asked if you need the deposit I can leave you cash as well but they said no we don`t need but actually they blocked it on my credit card. terrible location ugly and super dirty area. Absolutely do not recommend. It was the wrong choice.
