We didn’t have face towels, nether blankets and top sheet, and the pillows were horrible.

The hotel needs renovation. The furniture is worn, the bathroom had issues with the toilet fixation, damaged and dirty ceiling and frigobar did not work. No glasses were provided in the bathroom and cleanliness was subpar, with a liquid of some sort sprayed in the bathroom wall when we checked in the bedroom. It would be ok for a lower standard flag but for the price charged it’s not worth. It makes you think if Ibis standards have lowered after pandemics, which is fearsome.

Excellent stay and staff

I stayed at the Ibis São Carlos for two weeks and the experience was excellent. That staff and location are excellent and we’re helpful as always. The only small improvement would be somewhere outside to sit in the sun but a very non-essential one. All round good hotel, staff and food.
