We had a good time the room was a good size and comfortable, this could be a extremely satisfied rate but the low rate was because of the staff, We never got treated so bad in a hotel before, we walk in and the front desk lady says: “What?” I’m still chocked super unfriendly and my poor baby girl kept waving to her and she didn’t change her face at all , not a single smile and we felt for a minute that we didn’t belong there, she was clearly unhappy there, also instead of standing up and go take a a copy of our passaportes she asked the kitchen lady to do it, telling in front of the costumers that she didn’t feel like getting up, chocking! Also the whole staff hangs out at the front desk, genitor, kitchen staff... a big mess. Tivemos um bom tempo, o quarto era de bom tamanho e confortável, isso poderia ser uma taxa extremamente satisfeita, mas a taxa baixa era por causa da equipe, nunca fomos tão mal tratados em um hotel antes, entramos e a recepcionista diz: “O quê?” Eu ainda estou super chocado e minha pobre menina continuou acenando para ela e ela não mudou o rosto, nem um único sorriso e sentimos por um minuto que não pertencíamos a esse lugar , ela estava claramente infeliz lá, também, em vez de se levantar e ir pegar uma cópia do nosso passaportes, ela pediu à dona cozinheira que fizesse, falando na frente do cliente que ela não estava com vontade de se levantar! Também a equipe do toda fica na recepção, genitor, equipe da cozinha ... uma grande bagunça.

It was a good experience, however I expected a better place to work in the hall. The chairs available wasn't proper to stay for hours. I shared my room, so to not disturb my business companion I went downstairs and it was not comfortable enough.

« Basic hotel in line with price level »

Rooms are quite basic with no big amenities but clean and quiet. Bath is appropriate to le type of hotel (even if you have to pay attention to shower door as closing mechanism is too violent and risk to destroy glass if you don't pay attention). Breakfast is quite good and good variety What I don't like is the advanced payment you are asked to do when you arrive (even for a 2 weeks stay). Would be good to change it in a credit card guarantee with actual payment at departure

It is a good hotel, well located. Front desk attendants are excellent and very attentive. The rooms are clean and well tidy. The breakfast is good, but lacks the bacon delicacy. Recently the price of the daily has increased and no longer corresponds with a fair value - it is getting expensive. More television channels would be interesting, for example, the Combat channel.
