We were greeted and checked in late evening under restriction conditions with extreme courtesy, helpful professionalism including arranging room service at very short notice. Receptionist Anjilla was exemplary in the standard of service provided.

This stay was last minute stay booked suite which was not ready for our stay and had to wait for an extra hour as there was no housekeeping on getting to room no cups - coffee - milk or toiletries - used tissue behind main door - reception offered us a drink on hotel for our inconvenience - which we have just realised we have been billed and paid for. We decided to stay one more night and had to move rooms as suite not available - staff especially housekeeping very helpful and accommodating. I must however point out we have never had to pay £5 for room service which we find very strange - was charged £5 for delivery of water which has been added to our final bill we would however recommend and stay in hotel again overall positive stay

Overall the stay was wonderful and everything was up to standard, as usual. Due to Covid the premises was rather empty, that said, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The only negative point to make is that you insist on providing an iron that is presumably from a kinder egg, and despite that, you seem to think I would want to steal it so make it impossible to use it by tethering it to the frail ironing board. We were also missing the robe(s) and slipper(s) from the room.

We booked 2 nights at the novotel london bridge hotel for the weekend. We took the executive premium room and overall it was pretty nice. The room was spacious with a great view on the Shard. However we were expecting a bath tub as it was shown on the accor website, we got a shower instead. At night we could hear a loud ventilation, it was disturbing. And the heating in the room wouldn’t work, we had to stay with a temperature of 20°C for the whole stay, the outsite temperature being 4°C we wanted to come home and feel the heat. But besides everything, the room service was nice, the food was good and the hotel staff was great (on whatsapp).
