Everything about this hotel was excellent. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great location. The restaurant was excellent, good choice at breakfast and we ate in the restaurant both evenings. The quality of food and value for money was excellent. A 3 course children’s meal with drink was £6, my daughter really enjoyed the food. Would highly recommend the steak...delicious!!

The hotel is well situated in a good neighborhood close to Borough Market and London Bridge. There are quite some nice choices to get food or drinks around the hotel. However, if you chose to just stay at the hotel, that is also a great choice. The bar and restaurant area is absolutely lovely and the style between loft, industrial and cozy fits it very well. Both drinks and food are reasonably priced and offer good value for money. Our food in the evening was a flawless choice and as tasty as it looked. The staff at bar and restaurant are very attentive and super-friendly. That, however, can be said of all the members of staff we had the pleasure of dealing with. Everyone was supportive, very friendly and really helpful. We felt more than welcome during our stay. The room itself was modern and offered the usual amenities Novotel offers. I felt it was - especially for the nice area - good value for money. If you stay at this hotel, don‘t go without the breakfast! It is prepared well and the presentation of the buffet is lovely and inviting. It wasn’t too crowded during our stay and a big plus: the great staff always kept more than one eye on keeping a steady supply of all items. We never ran out of anything each morning, everything was restocked quickly. Next time I want to book a Novotel in London, this one will probably be the one to go again.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and it's always great to see a Manager engaged directly with guests. Despite the hotel becoming very quiet as travellers reduced due to Coronavirus, the hotel stayed open and looked after its fewer guests well.

My visit was just before the Covid19 lock down. It was very quiet. Staff were pleasant. My only gripe is that the sauna wasn’t on when I was in the wellness area at 16:00 after a long day of walking. However that’s all I’ve got to grumble about. Everything else was fine.

I was immediately recognised at reception as I had stayed at the hotel before and given a warm welcome. Check in was instantaneous and I was provided with a welcome drink. The hotel is very well appointed with warm, comfortable rooms and all of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We came after 14 a clock where we could check in but our room wasent ready. We had to wait 15 min before the room was ready which is okay. But a good service would have been that Novotel gave a coffe for me and my wife and cola for our kids in the bar which we payed for our self. Best regards Kenneth

I enjoy staying at the Novotel as the location is perfect, the bar area and food is good and reception area is welcoming. The breakfast staff are very happy and always greet with a smile. The room cleaning staff need to ensure they knock the door before entering!!

Was not asked to leave a credit card on file upon check-in, which later resulted in me needing to either run downstairs to set it up, or to pay in cash if I wanted to order room service. While this is not the end of the world, I also asked to have someone investigate why my A/C as well as the option to Cast to the TV were not working. I was told someone would be stopping by the following day - but nothing was ever rectified, nor was I notified that anyone had even been in my room to investigate. Good hotel, just need to tighten up the service aspect...

The hotel was really nice and very welcoming. It’s well located and the London tower bridge is just 10 mins away from the hotel. A lot of things to do nearby and easy to get around. The room was very nice and clean.

Great location. Pleasantly surprised by the rooms. Lobby was beautiful. Bar menu limited but very tasty. 12.50 sterling for a glass of wine which I thought was quite expensive!!! But I would definitely go again and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall we had a good experience , our first with Novotel hotels. There was one disappointment, we had a problem in the room with the shower. The drain was blocked and pushed up some unsavoury material from it on the sunday morning of our 3 night stay. We were told there was no one available to look at our room and we would have to move rooms. This was a huge inconvenience having to re pack our room for our final night. Surely it would have been easier to fix the problem. ? Certainly would have been easier on us. With that exception we were reasonably happy.
