« Good location »

The hotel is at a good location. Fast check-in and check-out. There are many food outlets at a walking distance. Rooms are ok. The breakfast served at the hotel is repeated almost everyday without much variations. The bad part is that there is no drinking water bottle provided in the Superior rooms and it is chargeable.

« Well located »

I regularly stay here for work, at least a few days every other week and is always my go to hotel in the area. It's close to where I work on bankside/London Bridge, the rooms are lovely and the staff are fabulous. I like the member drinks events which Matt hosts, nice touch and great opportunity to network. Bar and restaurant are reasonable which a good amount of choice for a hotel restaurant. Breakfast is great, lots of choice.

Check in was fast and efficient, we had pre-booked parking with the Ibis next door, which was great. Room perfect, spotless, comfortable, great coffee machine, gowns and good toiletries. All very good. Novotel never fails to perform

We stayed 2 nights at the Novotel London Bridge. We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was extremely friendly. Great experience!

We orginally booked Novotel London Bridge because the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the Omeara venue. However we rebooked a second time when going to the Omeara because we also really liked the hotel. All the staff were friendly and approachable, especially Lily when we came down breakfast.

« Could be so much better »

Asked for quiet room, given a room looking onto carpark where dustbin & delivery lorries arrived from 5am each morning. Room minimalist, paper cups in the bathroom, 1 tube each of shower gel & shampoo, 4 jiggers of milk to go with the 4 x coffee sachets. Mattress very very firm with lumpy polyester pillows. Definitely not a superior room which we paid for in fact not really a 4 star.

« Lovely hotel - fab breakfast »

Good quality hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast, very central location. There were some delays during our arrival and some issues with the beds but the staff were very keen to help and gave us small gifts. The bedroom was small for a family of four, but overall a great stay and I would return.

« Well located, room was a bit out of order. »

A very pleasant stay. Toilet flush wasn't working properly, and only the small flush was available - but all in all enjoyable.

All started out well - but I had numerous problems whilst in the room. The sink did not drain - so by the morning, I had a sink full of dirty water. The shower was not functioning properly either. I reported this as I checked out - but the receptoinist wrote down the wrong room number. I corrected them but teh number recorded was not changed.
