After staying at the hotel over New Year to a bad experience with some choice guests I was offer a free 2 night stay which included breakfast. When we arrived at our room there was a small bottle of wine, some chocolates and dried fruit to greet us - a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing, very friendly staff and the breakfast was lovely. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Novatel Milton Keynes.

I asked for my favourite room and the staff generously accommodated. So I’m coming back. Great food options, including room service. Nothing to do in walking distance but if you’re overnighting for business it’s no issue.

Check in was fine although seems that my ALL status has changed (which neither the hotel nor Accor themselves, have let me know about....poor). The room was OK but dreadfully plain - little decoration other than white walls. Whilst it was clean it did have the feel of a prison cell rather than a nice room tom stay in. TV small (as usual) and no offer of Sky Sports in the room or even in the bar area. Finally, I asked for a print out of my invoice at the end. The staff wouldn't give me a print out and said they'd email it to me. I'm still awaiting the email with the copy invoice. In fact I'm going to have to call them up and ask for it. Why not just give me a print out on request!!! Frustrating. Bottom line is I won't be staying at this hotel again
