Check in Personal was quite impolite. In my room there were hair on the toilet and in the bed. The breakfast didn’t have many options.

Staying in Ibis CDG Paris Nord 2 .was very pleasant and enjoyable specialy the reception staff,However if you include (Ibis Style) at CDG in this survey it's a different story they don't diserve even level 1 rating briefly what happened ,myself and some friends at Air Canada decide to spend couple days in Paris,Plan to stay at Ibis,I thought they're staying in Ibis style as they haven't specified what Ibis ,when I find out they're staying in CDG Nord 2.I canceled my Reservation and booked with you ,unfortunately after my complaint even I showed Mr .Harran the bill of your Hotel he refuse to reimburse the 1st night even the cancellation was done I before 17.00 as deadline. I hope Mrs.Majouti you will report this letter to your head office.

The rooms were comfortable, staff very nice and airport shuttle convenient. The mattress was a thin design that was different from anything I experienced in the U.S., but not too uncomfortable once I got used to it.
