Service is good. Rooms looks very tired, the hotel needs renovation.

Room was quite plain and needs renovation, especially in the bathroom. There was a noise coming from the hall outside (room was located near elevator)

unfortunately, a lot of furniture (in the room and in the restaurant) in rather 'worn out' condition .. Some renovation definitely reqired.

Cracked sink, stains on the carpet. Not what you'd expect from good 4 star. Breakfast is uninspiring and dull as well

It was a very good experience to staying at your hotel because it was located at a very convenient places with many restaurants to choose for dining and had a convenient metro stations nearby as well.

I would again prefer Novotel for my stay next time because the services of the hotel were immaculate, the gym had all the latest and best equipment, the breakfast was available of all varieties and was very delicious. I also brought sweets from my home country Pakistan to give to the Novotel reception because of their assumed welcoming gesture which truly turned up as reality when I made my way at the check-in and it all made my stay even brighter and happier. The overall Novotel family is just so great!
