We were staying at Novotel for a job and it has to be taken into consideration that the Corona-virus rules are making things difficult Pro: - Rooms well made up - Clean rooms, sheets, towels - Windows open - Heating was ok - Tea facilities with instant coffee - Bed comfortable - Internet was good Cons: - Dated furniture - Pillows so-so - Holes in sheets and curtain - Really bad boxed dinner The staff was friendly but for some reason they didn't let us eat our pre-ordered Novotel prepared dinner at the restaurant from our 3rd night onwards which was a real downside as the dinner was bad and cold to start with.

There were too many documents to fulfill while checking-in. I thought it would be a moment to take the key and go to the room after checking-in online. No quilt for second child. Furniture outdated, only non-sparkling water in the room. I wanted to pay for the parking in the evening not to bother front desk in the morning. I was told to pay when check-ing out. Of course in the morning I had to wait in queue to pay and check-out.

Fine hotel without real weak points. Only bad thing was a croatian football team called nk osijek, from 10 pm until midnight you just can't sleep because of them, it was like a student hostel.. Loud talking and laughing with open doors, smashing doors, shouting from the other end of the corridor. And they did it every single night...

Very friendly and professional staff approach. We came very late and the check-in was quick despite of all the COVID required papers to be filled in. The breakfast was perfect both with the service provided as well as the choice of the food and drinks. We felts safe and well serviced. The only problem we had with the AC setting as the provided room controller seemed to not work but luckily the weather was chill and we could ventilate the room with the window opening. The cleanness of the room and bathroom was perfect. The beds are very comfortable.

I had to change my room keys 5 times. The magnetic strip just don't work in Lift and in the Room. Toiletries like Moisturizer, Conditioner were missing in the room. Breakfast menu was never changed and even the in house food menu has very limited options with No Vegan/Vegetarian meal option.

Basically I did not regret choosing Novotel Hotel, however I think that carpets in the room should be really changed or cleaned better, bed mattress felt too soft and the restaurant has a very limited menu with overpriced dishes.

I'm using the Novotel in Szekesfehervar on a regular basis when traveling to our factory in Szekes. the rooms are nice and big, toilet is separated from the bathroom, beds are always neat and clean, sometimes the rooms are a bit too hot and hard to control with the air conditioning. Rooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast is excellent, service of the employee's is excellent as well. I like that this hotel has a small gym to workout whenever you like.

It was a very comfortable hotel to complete a presentaion with my colleagues, have a few drinks and a nice meal. I had problems with wifi connection though, but that seemsed to be due to my companies strict IT policy.
