« Bad »

Worst property that I have seen throughout my membership. Very old and outdated furniture and equipment in the room. Checked out from the hotel, only ONLY ONE HOUR after check in and moved to another hotel immediately, even knowing that there would be no refund. I am offered to change the room in the following days by the personnel at the reception, but I did not have the feeling that it would happen.

« nice hotel, friendly people »

Nice hotel, friendly people at the reception (Paulo amongst others), in the bar, at the breakfast. Suites are very nice, only the bathroom with the shower in the bath being too low for taller people. We could park the car in the garage of the hotel, which was also very comfortable.

The location and price were fine. Breakfast was good. The room was in need of some work; no hot water after checkin, mould in the shower and rust on the ceiling.

Nice location, friendly and courteous staff, clean and spacious rooms specially the only suite of the hotel. It would be nice to renew the menu of the restaurant once in a while, it is the same for a couple of years. It lacks a gym room and swimming pool has restricted hours.

« It’s not a Mercure level. »

Unfortunately, it’s totally old and uncomfortable hotel which doesn’t match to 4 stars, it doesn’t math to typical Mercure and Accor quality. There are too old rooms with no soundproofing from the doors and from the windows: even at night you can hear aircrafts or every neighbor at the corridor floor. Very poor breakfast, there are even no vegetables at all. You can see a crowd of one-day tourists at the reception almost whole the day, so you can’t connect with the staff (only 2 receptionists). The staff are good and very friendly but thay can do nothing, because of old hotel needs renovation. This hotel fits to 2 stars. I had to cancel my reservation after a couple of days and move to another. Don’t repeat my mistakes.

When we arrived at the reception, we felt we were welcome by the staff and found welcome fruits in the room however when we asked about slippers and bathrobe later at the reception, we were told that we booked a standard room therefore no slippers or bathrobe in the room and that we should have booked a Privilege room. Generally speaking he must be right but I'm a gold member and usually upgraded so in a way I was surprised to hear that.

« Nice Hotel, but some points to improve »

The room was very clean and nice. Very polite staff at reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Overall a good stay for a good price. Some points to improve: - the water pressure was very low. It was not nice to take a shower. - the toaster at breakfast buffet was broken. Took ages to get a half-toasted toast. - the process to enter the swimming pool was complicated and did not work because the receptionist was not able to answer the phone because at that time the reception was very busy and she was alone. - the shower in the men's changing room at the swimming pool was not clean. Don't wanted to take a shower there. But the shower directly at the poolside was good with high water pressure. Would have loved to have the same in the room.

« I would not recommend this hotel »

This was one of my worst experiences at an Accor hotel. We had to wait a long time to be served at arrival and did not receive any upgrade even though I have a Platinum meeting planner card. The room was unbelievably hot all the time and even though both myself and my husband asked if someone could come to adjust the temperature, no one ever did. I had initially requested to use 2000 points to deduct 40 euros from my total bill and when I asked if I could use more points at check out, I was refused
