I was expecting more as Novotel hotel. The room was really big and bed was awesome however I did not find the room clean as expected. I could find ash from the cigarettes all over the room even the night table and the smell was of course through whole room. I inform reception several times but next day it happen again. Also I had issue with invoice as it was paid by bank transfer but not stated in the invoice. When I asked for second correction the receptionist got ofended as no big deal he will print a new one. Yes however I should not have to mention and correct the payment method.

Room comfortable, Food was good in restaurant. Beer in hotel bar was more expensive than central London which is not good. Are surrounding hotel, not on hotel boundary but outside, was untidy - lots of litter.

It was really good only some little things first we were in a triple room the third bed was really bad not comfortable at all The champoo and the shower gel are the same i didn’t feel any different and theirs smell is not good The quality of the food are not so good specially the cheese Last thing some of the stuff are not really representative But overall it was a good stay

Stay was good. However I see a scope of improvement on the cuisine/spread. I saw a lot of Indian guests at your hotel, but there were no Indian options in your menu to choose from. I understand from my colleagues who were put up at Hilton / Conrad that they had an elaborate Indian breakfast spread to choose from. I think you should definitely give this a try to bring back Indian customers.

This is my one of the favorite hotel, which gives me a feel of my home. All the staff is very kind and care taking. Food and hygiene is at par. Most convenient to approach the market. Travel desk, is most help full and reasonable. Very good hospitality and pleasant welcome. it's more than worth for money. extreme good ambience with clean and well maintained swimming pool Well organized and a complete Gym.
