More or less everything was good apart of temperature in my room that was to cold for me and heating/cooling panel seemed to be not working properly. Although it was acknowledged at the reception desk, no action had been taken.

Overall experience is good, however we waited very long for dinner (over 40 minutes for soup), breakfast was good, good selection of different foods. Room was clean, bed comfortable, you should take care of bathroom, it was not satisfactory (dirty walls, bad smell out of the bin and toilet)

Nothing special, and service rather underwhelming

The good point about the hotel is its location halfway between the train station and the city center, so all the major things in Szczecin are a short walk away. As requested, I was allocated a room facing the backyard, so no issues with traffic noise. The room was spacious and cosy, but for some reasons I didn't sleep too well and had some back pain, maybe the mattress or topper, who knows... Breakfast has a decent offer of sweet and savoury, hot and cold dishes, but only one coffee machine, which can cause waiting at peak times. Personally, I don't like the IKEA style in the breakfast room, it doesn't feel like a premium hotel brand, rather a hostel dining hall. The major concern I had was that most of the staff had quite a bored and indifferent attitude. Check-in was uninviting and reserved, no explanation about closed fitness room or breakfast times. You often see staff busy with their smartphones while waiting for the menu in the restaurant. And housekeeping seemed to be quick and cursory. I would stay again only if I find a good rate, which is significantly cheaper than Radisson or Courtyard.
