The Hotel is very professional in the way they run it. The staff cannot due enough for you. always a warm reception at reception. The breakfast is good and meets the covid 19 virus recommendations. Food in the in the bar is very good and well served and have an exceptional Barman who dealt with a last minute influx of people caused by me

In general for sure the price was great. I don’t remember when the last time we slept in 4-star hotel with breakfast for such a low price. Though I have to say that sleeping on the first level resulted in hearing all the noises coming from the street so I wouldn’t say that rooms were soundproof as advertised. We chose the hotel mainly because of the location and praised breakfast options, so it was very disappointing to see that breakfast didn’t look like it used to. I am not talking about new organization due to COVID-19 because staff was amazing, I am talking about what was served. One type of cheese (where was cottage cheese? mozzarella? feta?), almost no fish and meat selection, almost no fruit. For sure not worth anymore to buy a breakfast. We would prefer to pay more for the room but start a day with a breakfast on a 4-star hotel level. From positives: friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and spacious shower, good size of a cod for a baby, great coronavirus safety features. Got spoiled in the past with amazing breakfast in places that we normally were so we will book the room again only if the old style breakfasts will be back, otherwise we will choose different hotel. Though for someone who prefers to eat out we will recommend it.

Stayed 3 nights in a Superior Queen Room (#905). Very large room. I really liked how the bathroom is open to the room, but also closable. Wifi super fast. Very well appointed. The bed is super comfortable. Dead quiet at night. The staff are 10/10. The breakfast buffet is large. They take covid seriously, The location is in the area where the better restaurants and bars are, better than centrum. Quite upmarket spot. HIGH RECOMMEND.

The hotel is doing all things expected during these crazy Covid days. I appreciate the effort of encouraging the wearing of masks by guests, the availability of sanitizer and even the cleaning of rooms upon request only. Managing breakfast when busy could be improved.

in the time of my stay not once my room was cleaned or new towel or minifridge beverages were provided. i had to beg for a towel which i received 2 days later. They are taking advantage of the world Corona and that is an absolute shame

Great spacious room, nice set of TV channels, good breakfast. On a down side kind of call due to A/C (although I increased the temperature), heating not worked. Also the housekeeping person was not speaking Polish or English, hence it was difficult to actually get the requested item (extra shower gel).

My wife and myself debated whether we had stayed in any better rooms in our time travelling Europe. Certainly not! It was worth the little extra to book a Junior Suite so if you are looking for that little bit extra, do the same.

The hotel in in the downtown of Warsaw what was convenient for us. Hotel is nice, clean and just pleasant to the eye. Two things we did not like: #1 Baby crib was old, mattresse wasn't the right one and didn't fit to the crib. Baby's mattress was so hard and pieces of wood were palpable. Absolutely not acceptable for babies! #2 I think 4 star hotel should not charge for the parking. Overall we give 8 out of 10.

Got a nice room upgrade. I did expect to get a chocolate or at least some fruit as a gold member, which didn't happen, the room was very spacious and comfy. The location is great as well.

The best asset of this hotel is the location. Easy walking distance to old town, bars and restaurants. Staff are not the friendliest, they will assist but it felt like we bothered them on our two visits to reception during our 3 night stay. The hotel has a small gym with the basics of equipment. Perfectly adequate for a hotel. The steam room was also a welcome added bonus. Our room was spacious. The bin in the room on arrival had been missed by housekeeping and still had the remnants of the previous guests. It was o big deal though. The mattress and pillows in the room really need replacing. They were not very comfortable. The hotel has a well stocked wine bar which was nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and everything as always been excellent, but this time my room was on the same floor as some renovation work. this meant there was a lot of dust and mess on the floor (floor 6) which I was staying on. although everything else was fine, particularly the staff who always were friendly and helpful, having a room on the floor that was being decorated did result in a less pleasurable experience.

This hotel comletely satifies my wishes concerning comfort and location.
