looks like this time the hotel was really empty and the price was a bit overrated... the occupancy should be reflected on the price... The guy that made us the check-in, I don't even remember the name, made the check-in with us on the last time too, very friendly and polite with sense of humor!! He deserves a recommendation!! Breakfast on the room looks attracted, but having the breakfast down in the buffet restaurant is with much more variety, so I don't recommend breakfast in the room

Staff was very friendly and I could tell that the hotel valued hospitality very highly, the room was pretty clean and the breakfast was top class. Front desk was helpful and polite and the cleaning staff were also nice.

Room - sb had been smoking in the room so unpleasant smell (could / should have been checked / cleaned before we arrived) - this complaint was formally lodged at reception Restaurant - a very long time to order (restaurant was not full) and on Sunday lunch daughter / wife received and finished their lunch and circa 15 minutes after that I received my lunch, so we were not happy with this service. Food - breakfast and lunch very good standard

- room not prepared for 2+1, we had to change last minute - 2nd room located close to outside construction, noisy all nigh - paid more that in the offer - difficult to find parking place
