« swimming pool breakdown »

1. we weren't notified about swimming pool breakdown in advance! we were informed during the check-in from other guess we know that the some issues occurred earlier before our arrival but during the check-in we were told that the breakdown has just occurred and will take place till 8th Feb. our whole stay! we were offered a swimming pool in different hotel which required us to travel by taxi through the city 2. still active authorisation on my credit card despite I paid the whole amount during check-out!!!! I see 2 different operations in my bank account! when I will receive my money back ?

« More than expected »

It was short stay so I can't say much... Very clean hotel and room with even more equipment than we needed. Staff was friendly and smilled so we felt that we are very welcome here. Smell from kitchen was tasty but I can't say more because I did not tried it. Breakfast are a little expensive (but maybe worth it) - for half of the price I was able to buy breakfast in old town with coffee and be full. I will definitely stay here again so then maybe I will be alble to tell more.

« Quick but pleasant stay »

I loved the idea of rooms with themes, just didnt undestrood the purpose. the design is awesome, team was great and the word I found in my room was goood and also the fruits :) the team also gave us our breakfast, so its was also nice

Our airline put us here because of some flying problems . And the communication at the hotel was amazing , it was very clear we got a room at the 11th Floor, a dinner buffet was waiting . The room was great very clean and a lot of space . Breakfast was super !

« Hotel nice but not perfect »

I had a nice weekend stay in this hotel. At weekend time this hotel is full of families. In the room you hear every noice from the neighbors. I stayed in the new renovated apartment. Nice renovated but unfortunately not comfortable. I missed the personal touch. that what you let felt to be home. It can be so easy in this kind of apartment. just put fresh flowers on the table, let the customer feels like he is the only one. Unfortunately this feeling I missed.

Bed very uncomfortable, lumpy, also lumpy pilllows Linen and towels of poor quality Bed was not correctly made, sheet was too short so mattress showed at top At reception check in, they did not take my credit card details. So later that evening when I tried to book dinner to my room it was not possible

I have stayed at the Novotel a few times when visiting for work. It is convenient for the Airport and my office, the rooms spacious and the restaurant provides a good selection for breakfast and other meals.
