All was ok, although new design in Mercure Gdynia in Privilege's Room is a bit cold. I am missing previous warm appearance of the room.

The location of the hotel is superb, but on the other hand, the surroundings of the hotel are really loud - during the night as well as during the day. Even on higher floor, the unbearable noise from the AC installation on the roof of the restaurant 24/7, cars, discos nearby whole night. Additionally, cleaning service using vacuum cleaner on the corridor on 8 am on Saturday! Really, the worst place for somebody who would like to relax and take a good rest on vacation.

Jako obiekt zlokalizowany w centrum miasta, nad morzem, nie mamy wpływu na otoczenie, które do późnych godzin nocnych generuje hałasy. Podobnie załączona klimatyzacja stanowi udogodnienie dla Gości, by w ciepłe dni wciąż mogli cieszyć się chłodnym powietrzem. Jej praca może budzić dyskomfort, niemniej ograniczamy jej działanie na kilka godzin dziennie. Smuci nas również, że nasza obsługa pokoi nie spełniła Pani oczekiwań. Dokładamy wszelkich starań, by pokoje wyglądały perfekcyjnie. Sprzątanie już od rana jest spowodowane wysokim obłożeniem obiektu i potrzebą przygotowania jego czystości dla wszystkich Gości. The hotel is very well located, few minutes walk to the sea, restaurants and cinema, theatre. The breakfast was decent. Generally, the room was clean; however, there was blood on the mattress - it is unacceptable when the Covid is still there. We were 2 adults and 1 child, but there was nothing for my child - no pillow or towel. I asked 3 times at the reception for a spare pillow - with no luck. I would not like to go there again.

It was several things missing. We had to ask for service in the room. No one remove wet towels and enter new ones before we ask a couple of times . none removed used glass, empty the garbage before we ask. Had to ask for more cardboard cups in the bathroom, for coffe . and ask for powdercoffe, milkpowder. several times. The staff was not serviceminded . Especially a man. Had we not asked we would not have received romservice at all. Never stayed at a hotel without overeathing.

I am not very satisfied with my stay at Mercure Gdynia Centrum. The room ware ready from 4 pm and in the reservation it was written that check-in is possible from 2 pm. We had to wait several hours for our rooms (we asked in the reservation early check-in if possible and in fact we had to wait 2 hours more than normally). The service at the reception was not friendly. After long discussion we got the welcome drink first only for 2 people and we were 8 people! When I explained that it is not professional the Manager of the reception gave the welcome drink for everybody. The service at bar was very good. The rooms are poor. At 450 pln/night without breakfast there are better hotels. I can not recommend this hotel but it is possible that I will give to Mercure Gdynia another chance because I like Mercure and in other cities I was rather satisfied.

Excellent and efficient service. Obtained the All upgrade. All the people at the hotel was very friendly. Particularly the breakfast, in the peak summer period, staff was had my the situation very well. Clean tables, food was constantly plentiful.

Generally speaking I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel was nice, breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The last part is especially noteworthy considering the rudeness of some of the other guests. There were however two minor issues: first the lack of a constant temperature in te showers. Now it was fluctuating between hot and cold, which was annoying. And the second was a small incident with my diner voucher in the Winestone restaurant: initially the restaurant offered me only one drink and one of the cheaper main courses rather than the 2-course meal, water and a glass of wine which was described in the voucher. I found this rather strange and only after double-checking my booking and showing them the proof did the restaurant relent. It was a very awkward situation and I don’t think I will buy vouchers in the future if their value is in so much doubt. Because if the restaurant had their way, I would’ve received a meal worth not even half of the price of the voucher.

Very good location - a few steps to the sea. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Outstanding breakfasts - for everyone. Winestone Restaurant - a tribute to the chefs. I give a plus for the children's corner - the grandson is very happy and wants to come back to Gdynia. inally, I will mention free access to the pool. It was a great holiday at Mercure Gdynia Centrum. I would highly recommend.

Convenient location, comfortable sleep and stay. We visited a nearby musical theater. Even in times of pandemy, this is an enjoyable experience, especially combined with the stay at this very nice hotel offering ample rooms and spectacular views.

Great location right by the seaside and main Gdynia attractions. Hotel is clean, family apartment is nice and spacious. Breakfast is good (ok, there is a 20 minute wait in the weekend, but this is due to Covid-19 restrictions and not hotel's fault), staff is friendly and helpful (helped to accommodate fridge in the room due to medical needs). Pool is basic but clean and water temperature was 29 deg. Celcius. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.
