The hotel is located in a good area. but the services are poor.Breakfast is charged extra and what you get is some croissant.No trace of protein and all gluten

I was with my family during 2 nights in this so called 4*. The AC was working like a fan even when i put it at 5 for the temperature. Not enough breakfast: i asked for more croissant. The women told i can not give you more because i still have 3 people to serve but i can give more bread to make you happy. WTF :(. I finally got only 2 small croissant and 2 small pain au chocolat. And a small bread. No cold or hot dish and nonody told us before and agter booking. This is my first time to be hungry after a breakfast. This is not a 4* hotel service as standard. The building and even the room look old. I will not recommend.

Everything went well except that the room is next to the elevator that we could hear through the wall... Similarly we could hear the cars on the street... It was a bit noisy. Otherwise I enjoyed the stay.

Paid too much for too little

Expensive stay for too little return. The room was clean and staff very friendly but the food was not good not in the evening, not in the morning. I have had much better microwave foods from a gasstation than the one I paid for. The breakfast was way too little for it to be classifed a meal and additionally the fruit was no longer fresh. If it weren't unprecendented times the whole foodexperience would have been unacceptable.

Big room but dirty

The room was big but really dirty, we could find dust everywhere, people hairs etc... Very disappointing for a 4 stars hotel.

room a bit small, especially bathroom, toilet, rest was ok. Reception was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast a bit basic, but to the norms of Paris suburb standard. Price was ok, but bit on high side for the breakfast quality.

The location of the hotel was well connected to the Cergy area. Nearby to shopping malls, railway station and bus station. The stay was very comfortable. In Hotel restaurant is not available but other things are good.

Not quite as nice as it looks in the photos

I stayed here for one night when I was playing in a chess tournament. I got a nice welcome by Maoia who told me that as a gold member of Le Club AccorHotels, she had give me an upgrade to a suite with a huge terrace. The suite was spacious but felt empty and not at all cosy. It would have been nice to have had a picture above the fireplace for example. There were some tears in the curtains and the couches and cushions weren't that comfortable. I was cold and couldn't get the wall unit to work but Flavian from reception brought me up a radiator later on which barely heated the place up so luckily I had brought my own small fan heater. Compared to the suite I had at the Mercure in Nancy, it was definitely far inferior. The bathroom was large but again felt empty. There was no shower cap and no hook higher up for the shower head so I had to hold it in one hand which is not great when you're trying to wash long hair with one hand. I only found paper cups by the kettle so went downstairs to get some mugs and teaspoons. In other Accor hotels I always get a small welcome note and gift such as a bar of chocolate and at least a bottle of water but I didn't get anything here although the minibar was free, I just got a free welcome drink in the bar which wasn't at all cosy either and the armchairs were really uncomfortable but I enjoyed chatting to Flavian. I paid €6.50 to park in the underground garage. I wasn't aware there was a charge and just re-checked on the Accor website but couldn't find it mentioned. You have to park in there as there's nowhere else to park. There's no restaurant in the hotel and nothing much around it so I went to La Vigne Gourmande in nearby Osny for dinner which was very nice except for the whiff of BO from the chef's armpits every time he walked by. I would probably stay again if I was in the area but I would probably choose a different chess tournament to play in and go elsewhere.

When we arrived the room that we were allocated was like an oven. The air conditioning was not working it seemed to be broken. The second room was cool but faced the rather busy road. The staff tried to be helpful but this hotel is needing an upgrade, It has no restaurant and it is a long distance to the nearest one unless you want a McDonalds.

Good and very clean hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Only issue was that the hairdryer did not work with the plug in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet with very good coffee, tea and choice of bread and croissants!

I stay in this hotel just for one night and was unable to have full access on my PC due to internet connexion nightmare. having spoken to the staff at the front desk in vain, they were very arrogant in dealing with my request and eventually I decided to give up. One of my 1st pre-requisition to stay at an hotel is internet connection, due to the nature of my business trip in France. This was the very 1st bad experience of is kind for 4 years. I'll never stay at this hotel again.
