We got upgrade but yet room was quite hot air condition was not working for whole our stay .

It was fantastic. I only expected fresh bread at the breakfast. Instead there was old hard bread.

Location is very convinient, in the main street of the city. When I arrived room was not so clean, there was a lot of dust on wardrobe and I needed to swap it, otherwise I would breath. There were hairs in bathtube, also I couldn’t use coffee machine and teapot because there was lime inside, I think it supposed to be clean for the guest to easy to use it. There were no water, no sleepers,no shampoo and hair conditioner provided, which is strange for the 4 stars hotel. One day I woke up and there was no water in sink, I couldn’t even clean my face, I waited for some hours for water to come, instead of watching the city.

Novotel Suites Cannes Centre provides a comfortable stay in a popular destination. The property includes a superb bathroom, nice good size bed, great lighting, and useful microwave. The staff offer quick check in, prompt check out, and helpful tips. Cleaning was efficient. Novotel Suites Cannes Centre is within walking distance of SNCF Cannes, beaches, and port.

My stay was not great, first the tv was not connected, then the room was a sauna and the air conditionning was not working. Plus we could not close the bath. Finally the breakfast was really poor, there was no choices and the product were not fresh. The only positive point is the staff, the lady for the check in was super nice.

Very happy. Nice, clean quiet rooms. Breakfast was pretty bland and uninspiring but there is a nice boulangerie around the corner which Id recommend instead.

The staff, from front desk to cleaning, was extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. We liked the room with windows that open, separate toilet, shower and bathtub. The beds were comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Room smelled smoke and I asked for an room for allergic persons as I'm very allergic to smoke. When I opened the window there were lots of burnt cigarettes in the corner... so dirty and so un professionnal not to check those things. I took a few pictures I ant to put online as it's really ofputting.Than they changed rooms and put me on the boulevard's side which is so noisy that one can't sleep. The airco systme didn't work so I HAD to open the window to get air. I thought this is a very poorly serviced hotel. The persons at the font desk were very nice and tried to be helpful but I would certainly not recommend staying there while in Cannes! Dirty room smelling cigarette... plus finding a whole bunch of left over smoked cigarettes in the corner of a the window; who thinks that's clean in those Cvid times??

Hotel manger Patrick and his dedicated staff went above and beyond to make our 10 day stay at this hotel a real pleasure. Despite the hotel being full booked and operating with strict social distancing measures, staff were polite and professional. Our room was clean with plenty of space and a great base for us to explore the Cotes d’Azur. The hotel is located in the main business district but well within walking distance to central Cannes and the beach. Lots of memorable evenings spent in Cannes with taxis back to hotel costing a modest 6 euros. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Check-in and check-out super easy. Room (for 3) super large and fully loaded with amenities. Staff are nice and responsive. On the downside, only 1 elevator for the whole hotel. This was annoying at certain points in time of the day. Room cleaning was done fast, but only after we had to call front desk after 13:00. Location was not bad, but a good 10 minute walk from the center, and slightly uphill when approaching the hotel.

this is our 10th visit to Cannes and we always come back and stay at Novotel suites. There have been changes over this time. it's very good value for money. I would suggest they change the plastic cups they use as they are not good for coffee. we were dissapointed there were no hand cream, for use in the room.
