The only thing I didn’t appreciate is that my breakfast was delayed in a hour and a had an appointment almost at the time it arrived . There were no notice nor apologies for the delay.

Staff were fantastic. Bedroom decor was good. Rooms nice size. I was grateful for a quiet side to the hotel as most sao paulo hotels are on/close to a main road which makes sleeping difficult. While part of the hotel is near augusta part is not. One elevator was out of order and the other was jamming. Would be good to have ventilation (an opening window) in the bathroom. Would come back and stay again.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of courtesy of the staff (Specially at night) and with the problems during my stay (the air conditioning was not working properly and all the lights of my room turned off suddenly). I spent around 10-12 nights in Mercure hotels in the last 3 months and probably I’ll not come back too soon.

Great location but...

The room was spacious and there was plenty of natural light coming in. Really pleasant however.l the three points below meant I decided to check out before the time I’d like to stay. 1- Room was pretty run down, pealing wallpaper and cracks in the walls. 2- Fridge was switched off therefore i couldn’t store my meds in it 3- A request from reception to sign a responsibility form for the amount of R$150 BRL to borough a broken umbrella for a couple of hours was pretty lame. Same umbrella in any shop would cost no more than 20BRL. Also, where in the world a hotel would charge guests for an umbrella?? 4 - security - Reception allowed people that I was not expecting to come up to my room without phoning me in advance. From a security POV this was rather unsettling since this means any person could have come up.

Excellent location. Hotel is good. Staff is very impolite and not trained. Will never come back. Being part of Accor Group I expected better. Had problems with room Noise, staff acted horribly about it. General manager didn’t even care to hear about it.

No cleaning service at all in the rooms. Under the excuse of the pandemic the hotel leaves its guests to deal with themselves, no clean towels, no clean bed, no refils. Internet shutdown for 2 days in a row.

Good and clean rooms and nice breakfast. But, they didnt tell me the pool and gym were closed during the booking and they dont follow the campaigns shown on ALL website.

The one thing about this hotel is that you get what you pay, staff at the restaurant and bar are excellent, front seat need some training in the way they handle issues. Housekeeping is very good. I will highly recommend this property. Only two blocks from main shopping area. Be back soon.

May not be the best location, but this 3 star hotel is run like a five star property, you can tell the quality of the management team. Everything in the room works not like the other Mercure’s in the São Paulo, Belo Horizonte and Recife is the worst of all the hotels in the Accor portafolio.

I had a wonferful stay at Mercure Jardins. The crew was fantastic. Professional and they are all very kind. Breakfast are delicious! humm.. everything well done. And the hotel is too closed some of the famous Sao Paulo's address. Museums and restaurants and mall and the famous Paulisa Avenue, the heart of Sampa!
