Very good location. Decent size of room and price. One comment is AC system was not working as weather was very warm during our stay.

I have stayed at the Greenwich Novotel on a number of occasions for work as is well located for London Bridge and the DLR to Canary Wharf. I appreciate times are difficult, however I booked an Exec room to ensure I had an Expresso machine, to be advised on arrival there was only decaf pods and no milk cartons. In addition the room was missing body lotion and shampoos. All of the above are merely frustrations and would not stop me staying at an Accor Hotel unless it became a consistent approach. I would say the Hotel felt very clean and safe.

Rooms very hot, poor noisy air conditioning, slow service and poor communication. Not usual Accor Novotel quality

Don't stay if you expect your room to be serviced

Stayed 3 nights and our room wasn't serviced once. Using covid as an excuse to lower standards is nonsense. Guests are expected to report to reception to collect clean towels and toilet paper. They didn't even come in and empty the bins or take away dirty plates and cups. A lot of rooms resorted to leaving their trash and dirty plates in the corridors.

We stayed so that we could visit the Cutty Sark, Royal MaritimeMuseum etc. all of which are within easy walking distance. It was very useful to be able to park at the hotel. The staff, without exception, were pleasant and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Thank you.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it was our go to London accommodation. We made some happy memories here as our daughter grew up. This will be our last stay. Tired and stained carpets, 45 minute wait for breakfast, no robes or water in rooms, guests’ room ordered food left in corridors for more than a day, smeared windows, dust on all surfaces in room, no sign of any specialist Covid clean, bins not emptied. I won’t go on but management need to care a bit and give it a shake up. We will be back to London next year with our grand daughter but won’t choose the Novotel. We have our happy memories of visits gone by, but this last visit leaves us sad

When we arrived the room which had been serviced had subsequently been used by persons unknown with wet towel on the bed and used cups strewn around the room! How is that possible particularly in the current COVID climate. Late night receptionist found us another room quickly and efficiently and confirmed our parking. We arrived early to breakfast and our order was taken but never arrived. Guests who continued to arrive to breakfast and were served their meals. After 45 minutes we enquired where our meal was and they said it was due to staff shortages and refused to acknowledge that the orders were not being sent out in the correct order.They said we would be next but after a further 15 minutes we had still not been served and we left with out breakfast. The morning receptionist said she would refund our breakfast but this has not occurred.

Clean, comfortable room as expected. It was quite warm in the room and air conditioning seemed quite challenged. We managed to get a parking spot but parking limited so don’t rely on car park availability. While breakfast was decidedly average, the staff did their best to please. We would eat out another time.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. We were had 3 rooms which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel is next door to the station making it a great base to travel around London. Only downsides are that parking is limited and there was no cot, but that did not detract from our stay. Food was portioned and cooked well. The staff also made food that was not on the menu for my 1 year old which I greatly appreciated. We were able to extend our room which was a great help as we needed a room to change before heading home. This was easy to arrange and the process was quick and inexpensive. Would definitely visit again!

We did ask for a quiet room but room 242 has two railway lines behind it and workman were working at 3am ! we asked next day to be moved and fair enough room 251 was at the front and much better although the toilet cistern ballcock would not stop water filling up, next morning found a cupboard next to the room and noticed the top of the cistern had fallen inside so this was stopping the ballcock from turning the water off so i fixed that ! But we stilled enjoyed our stay.

Our room had a brown stain on the carpet to greet us. The drink stained sofa bed was out, so I put it back. It needed hoovering. The Bose sound system was for an iPhone 5. Couldn’t have breakfast unless I waited a hour due to short staffing. Air conditioning was poor, room far too hot.

I had thought that a Novetel was a step up from a Premier Inn but I was sadly disappointed. We had to move rooms, first room the TV didn't work and the lights were intermittent. Both rooms were very tired in terms of decor, with dirty carpets. Breakfast on the first morning was a fiasco that took nearly 2 hours to get our full English. I appreciate that it had only been open a few weeks since restrictions eased but they should have known how many people were expected for breakfast. Very convenient location for our needs that weekend but won't be revisiting

Enjoyed a lovely stay even with all the restrictions. Very friendly and clean environment, at no point did we feel uncomfortable or worried about being away from home. Restaurant had great options for breakfast and during the day, with lots of takeaway options around too.

Have stayed here before, standard room with bath and seperate shower,coffee machine and music box, sky sports football on bedroom t.v,reception staff were excellent, available baby cot for daughters room and housekeeping lady very polite and pleasant. The hotel is right next to Greenwich main train and tube station, 5 to 10 minutes walk to main town centre where there are lots of bars and food places. Would give it 5 stars but the carpets could do with replacing. Would stay again and recommend

Perfect location. A very comfortable hotel. Minor problems in the room, solved by the gentle staff (a special mention for Stefano at the Reception). Quite weird (and uncomfortable): there were no sockets at the bedside tables (why? First time I see that).
