Overall it was OK!, apart from few of the remarks: 1. Room was way too small, occupancy was around 50% and as a ALL member an upgrade could have been offered. 2. Carpet inside the room had spots on most of the area. 3. Complimentary water was not kept and when asked they said it was only for executive rooms, I mean come on guys, two bottles of water is not thay costly and what would I do with those tea complimentary and kettle without water. 4. Upon checkout, I lost my iphone charger and I reported it, however I was not contacted back. 5. A greeting card with a warm welcome for ALL members at least could have been done. The place was so nice with surroundings of attractions, restaurants and shops. Therefore overall I would give 6 out of 10.

Thank you for mentioning about the location of the hotel as its a prime location which would be convenient for our guest in every aspects. As i checked your reservation you are an silver member, on request we would happy to do an upgrade depend on availability of the hotel. Regarding room the size is quite decent where 3 people can comfortably accommodate. We are sorry if you felt uncomfortable. The size of the room is similar for every type except from the facilities we provide like (water bottles, bathrobe, coffee machine, slippers etc).However, the suite room is bigger in size . So, for future reference we would suggest to book the suite as its quite bigger.We apologies that you have not been contacted back regarding your charger, i checked in the lost & found property and its safe with us you can contact us and come anytime to pickup. The bedsheet was stained with blood. The bathroom sink smell of sewage and I could not brush use it.
