All the staff were exceptional, supported our needs, and very responsive. There was water damage in the room, as the shower continues to leak into the room, dished were left in the hallway for a period greater than 12 hours.

The hotel is well placed in Greenwich to see all the sights there is a large car park under the hotel or situated within 50 yards of Greenwich station so access is very easy. The staff were excellent and welcoming and we were upgraded to an executive room which was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was ok limited choice but drinks in the bar were quite expensive even for London prices.

The staff were pleasant however the toilet was dirty and the shower cubicle smelled of mould and damp and looked tired. There was a silverfish in one of the tubs. Otherwise the rooms seemed clean however the experience with the toilet made me unsure abbout the rest of the room. Also there appeared to be hardly any staff avaiable I had to wait 15 minutes in the queue just to ask someone to set up the sofa bed even though they knew 4 people were staying in the room. Overall was good but definately staff could do more to improve service!

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Excellent buffet breakfast with a very good range. The location was fantastic being close to travel links and central Greenwich.

A nice hotel in a good, central location. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable. Coffee machine and kettle in the wrong place however as no water supply or bin near to the area.

Staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Lobby and restaurant were modern and up together. However the room was looking tired and mattress was very firm.
