The staff were very kind. It is simple and well managed. No need to pay huge amount of money if all the hotels are managed like this. Thank you all!

Location is good and free parking which is excellent. I understand that the hotel is classed as a budget hotel and therefore was expecting it to be basic, but paying almost £200 for one night is certainly not value for money. Facilities were minimal two sockets in the room only. Towels were unclean, no toilet roll in the room, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. To be fair there was hot drinks machines at reception available 24 hours per day. When I went to use the machine it would not work as read “tray full” on the machine. I would of easily of done this myself but didn’t want to cause damage to the machine if I did it wrong as it required bits to be taken off, and I would not of know where to dispose of the fluids! The staff were not happy that they had to do this, which I understand it is maybe annoying for them, but I don’t feel that it is good customer service to be rude. I accept it is a budget hotel but was not expecting the poor experience for the price that I paid. Outside was a sign stating rooms for £48 pounds, I certainly would of been less disappointed had I only paid that or there about.

Ok for 1 person for 1 night.... just.

Last minute booking was made multi-hotel website. Paid too much for what it actually provided. Basic of basic. Tiny room ok for 1 person but if 2 were in the room it would have been unsuitable. Lifts very confusing to use. Plenty of car parking space but car park was very run down and was concerned about safety of leaving car. Would I stay again, only if absolutely no other alternative.
