In general, good experience. I´d a problem since first day with the room entrance card reader that was solved in the second day. Finally a technician find the problem. That caused go back & forth from my floor to the recepcion some times.

From the beginning the experience was not satisfactory: the building staff did not provide an appropriate service, me and my spouse arrived with a bunch of bags, no help was provided AT ALL. Check-in was ok. The same thing happened at the check out, we left the building with even more bags and, again, no help was provided whatsoever. The room could be better designed, we found furniture quite packed and it was hard to walk in the room even putting all the bags against the wall. The air conditioning worked good only for the room, the living room was hot all the time, again, bad-designed room.

I've stayed on room 31. The door to the balcony didn't lock, I left a note in the room but it was not fixed for my remaining days there. Although the room is on the third floor, I would feel safer with the door locked. Also, I like firm mattress but the mattresses on this room were too hard.

I was apprehensive in the beginning but they were soon gone. It is a decent property with good and clean rooms. The staff is awesome - not everyone speaks English but they all made best attempts to help out which is great. The breakfast is good and a decent spread. The housekeeping team is always smiling and does a good job.

Well located hotel with friendly staff, although with old looks in general, small bathroom, regular breakfast. I do not recommend it for a long stay.

Já trocamos todos los chuveiros, todas las camas, modernizamos una recepción, el espacio de eventos, el jardín de entrada, el salón del restaurante y 25 cuartos. Tudo isso que estamos fazendo não é tão rápido y estamos cientes da necesidades de melhorias. I have stayed at this property several times in the last 10 years. I return because of the great location and the fair value for money. However I experienced several negative aspects during my last stay. The check-in online seems pretty useless - the process when you arrive at the hotel does not seem to be any different to when I had not checked in online, so it is a waste of time as far as I’m concerned. Equally the promised quick check out of leaving the key and immediately departing does not work. The room is fine if basic and in need of renovation. In fact that’s already started with higher floors. The restaurant has been refurbished but the tables are not comfortable and the layout worse than before. Will I return? Possibly but I’ll start to check out more options around the area.

The hotel location is awesome! The Hotel Staff is great. Breakfast was expensive but good quality. However, the Room furniture is poorly maintained and old. It is not at Mercure Hotel Standard.

We have already changed all the showers, all the beds, modernized the reception, the event space, the entrance garden, the restaurant lounge and 22 rooms. Today we also have rooms that have gone through a retrofit, painting and removing the shrimp door that is in the kitchen; which has greatly improved the presentation of the room. All this we are doing is not so fast and we are aware of the need for improvements. The hotel is outdated with clear signs of wear and tear. In the room, other than the "old style": bed and pillows below standard, heaadboard showed clear marks of usage and damage. Closets are old and already smell that. Bathroom fixtures also below what is usual on a Mercure or even an Ibis. On the leaving room sofa and working table are too old. Despite all that, staff was friendly. Breakfast was at par.

We are sorry about your accommodation at our hotel and would like to share our commitment and work in front of the hotel that we know needs improvement and refurbishment. We are in the process of improving since the beginning of 2018. We have changed all the showers, all the beds, modernized the reception, the event space, the entrance garden, the restaurant lounge and today we have 22 fully renovated rooms. Today we also have rooms that have gone through a retrofit, ie painting and removing the shrimp door that is in the kitchen; which has greatly improved the presentation of the room.
