The Waterloo Ibis was very central seeing as I did not have a car.

I checked in on-line before my arrival at the hotel which saved time and made it easier upon arrival. Unfortunately, I did not get a room off the main road as I had requested. Staff at the reception were all helpful and friendly. Would be useful if in each guest room there would be a card on the table indicating the hotel password to enter the internet.

Took over an hour for us all to book in. Our room was not cleaned when we got back first evening only for a knock at door around 7 ish when I was trying to get changed and was given new towels. I asked for more soap for shower it was replaced but then did not work when having a shower. Second day came back from day out room not done left to go out just after 7 pm but when we returned at 9.30 pm the room had been done. I feel rooms being cleaned at 7 pm is not satisfactory. Not a good selection for breakfast for the price. Nobody liked the sausages bacon or egg. No bread to toast on first morning. No fresh fruit like strawberries pineapple melon etc.

Location good Food - no review, not ordered Room - a small one in comparison with others at the same price, clean. Staff - has problems to use their computer system of booking or the computer system has problems : a room was booked and paid with the prolongation until 5 o'clock of the departure day, no info in system; the staff was shown the copy of the booking and agreed ; on the departure day the staff tries to demand your departure already at 12, a huge discussion, booking printed copies shown, they smile and go away... Very low professionalism, no wish to come to the hotel again.
