Arranged a stay for 2 nights but online availability showed only 1 night available. Emailed the hotel, and with no response, I made the second reservation via a different travel agency. A week later I receive a response to my email saying that there was availability. So frustrating. Prior to arrival, we checked in online, so expected a quick process of key handover upon arrival. The reception desk was very busy, and there were queues, so decided to leave our bags in luggage store, and come back later. We were given a disabled room on floor 22 which was quite spacious, with a wet room. Tea and coffee facilities are provided but no milk. We asked at reception for milk and extra tea bags, and were given the milk and toothpaste/toothbrush. No extra tea bags. Due to the booking of the second night, we had to check out and check in again in the morning for the second booking. The breakfast queue was horrendous at 9 in the morning. Either go early or go later especially on a Sunday. Food selection was ok. Drinks at the bar were limited, and when you order a pint you get 3/4 of a pint. There were not enough staff anywhere in the hotel, reception, bar or restaurant, hence long queues. The cleaning staff knock on your door at 8.30 to clean your room, so make sure if you want a lay in, you put do not disturb sign on the door. Upon leaving the hotel, we asked for them to book a taxi. There is only limited taxis that they can book, so if they have already used them, they can’t book anymore. You need to use Uber. There is a Starbucks coffee machine in the foyer, but you need to pay for it. Hotel is in a great location for the Eiffel Tower and shops.

Dreadful hotel with dreadful service, very unfriendly welcome at reception and we were told nothing about the facilities like breakfast, the pool etc. There was no information in the room which had a very odd layout with a separate toilet without a sink and there were tiny paper cups and no mugs or glasses. Very dirty corridors with carpets in need of a good clean and long waits for the lifts. When my wife complained to reception the guy just said thank you! Bar staff clueless and kept disappearing leaving bar unattended . Lady who served us didn’t appear to know anything or have had any training and had to keep disappearing to ask a colleague for help. Forget about any early swims before breakfast, the pool doesn’t open til 9.00 and you have to book a slot in advance and they only allow 10 people at a time. Give this place a miss and stop at another hotel!

- Room is OK - Quality of the breakfast has decreased a lot compared with other stays some time ago - Fitness and swimming pool use previous 10€ payment. Should be free of charge for guests. - I made the check in using hotel web page but I waited 20 min for the room key at reception. What is then the advantage to use inthernet?

Check-in and check out process is below average. People are queueing, the multiple desks are understaffed, staff is usually undertrained. The area is with low ceiling, and gives a bad vibe. Given the number of rooms, the standing of the hotel, the international clientele, it's a real bottleneck and it's fairly regular to see customers getting nervous there.

waste a lot of time during check in and check out, the guys seems don't familiar with their job, bad cleanliness in the room, with damaged bathroom door, leakage in the toilet, etc.
