Great location access the street from a very nice shopping mall. Many good restaurants nearby. The Mexican restaurant at the Hilton was fabulous. My room was clean and comfortable. Was hoping to see the pool. Maybe next time! The key cards didn’t work numerous times. Aside from one, somewhat rude, staff member, it was a nice stay.

Front desk and restaurant guys really helpful and kind. Room in excellent condition. The only problem was the noise in the restaurants below till 3 AM of Sunday

It was a good stay, the staff where helpful at all hours. Only drawback was that only 2 pillows were provided and when we requested an additional pillow, it was not provided.

No one pays attention to the guests

In 5 days that I stayed there I rather switch to a different hotel, no one care about the guests in the hotel well just the valet parking, no one asked me if everything was ok in my stay, I have to stay more days in Mexico City and that’s why choose the JW Marriott just next to Novotel my experience just when I arrive was totally different even I get a call every day if everything is ok, by the way no one offered the free breakfast and i made a reservation a year ago and I never got my money back

Slow service and poison food

I stay there 4 nights just with the only purpose to celebrate my 11n boy anniversary and we stayed full Tuesday at the hotel and we breakfast and lunch there. At the next day in the morning we got sick, my boy vomiting and with diarrhea. We asked help for conexión to internet for the play station of my boy and we have the answer until the second day. Food and beverage service is really good in terms of efficiency thanks to servers Jonás and Juan for great service. Don’t remember the guy at reception very kind who at the end assisted me and he got stock in the elevator due to power outage.

A disappointment

We had stayed in other Novotel with positive experiences but this time was not good. First day air conditioner was broken and the worker spent 30 minutes in and out our room fixing it and lots dust coming out from ceiling and I had to call housekeeping to come clean the floor. Hotel concierge service is major problem. They charged my family 1100 pesos per person for total of $3300 to put us in a group tour in a dirty van and others pay $600. We had to get up early to sit in traffic for them to go pick up others in downtown. Tour was cut short because they had to drop off others. We also pay for lunch extra $600. We paid a high price trusting hotel services thinking good Novotel quality tour but this is not the case. It is more like a rip-off by the hotel concierge service. Breakfast is good and the neighborhood is clean.

As a silver member of the AccorHotels I understood am entitled to an extended stay till 5pm without charge, subject to availability. I was told there was no available rooms! But when I made a booking online & showed the receptionist that there were rooms available, he changed his reason for not being able to extend my stay due to Novotel’s policy. I suggest you don’t make offers if you’re not willing to implement them.

The hotel is located in Santa Fe where all the big hotels are. It has an easy access and a friendly staff always ready to help with taxis. The rooms are nice but our was cold when we arrived. We booked an executive room so we were put on the 6th floor and were supposed to have robes and slippers, we did not. It took 2 calls and a long wait to get them. The shower, albeit very beautiful never got hot.The breakfast offerings were varied but not very international. The best was the omelet cook!I was very impressed to find lactose free milk! The waiter remembered the 2nd day what I wanted!Excellent service:)

The hotel allowed drunk and noisy guests be yelling outside my door at 3 am in the morning. When I complained. They just said, that these drunk persons were coming back from their Christmas celebration like kinda accepting it was an acceptable situation
