It was ok, no news neither surprises. Staff ok, valet parking slow as always, very clean and refurbished room, nice bed. I can stay back again the only thing on the breakfast menu is that it's the same and there are no variations in the buffett.

« Personable staff makes the difference! »

It is the wonderful people at this hotel that make the difference. Miguel, Dania, Jesus, Armando, Eddie, and Maru were all wonderful hosts. They make you feel like you are in their home. Any request I had throughout my stay was fulfilled with a smile and expeditiously. In addition, my bed was comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good, the transportation they had arranged for me to and from the airport was a seamless process and prompt, and the area the hotel was located in had great shopping when I was done with work each day. Great job!!

« Great location, facilities need an overhaul »

Great customer service from the reception. I would like to call out Citlali who was extremely attentive and accommodating. The regular floor were old, moldy, and the walls dirty. The bathroom smelled clean due to the high amount of Clorox, the carpet was disgusting. Due to my allergies, later in the evening I was able to upgrade for fee to the executive floor which has been renovated. This was a much better experience and hope for an entire renovation. Location is the best.

« A disappointment »

We had stayed in other Novotel with positive experiences but this time was not good. First day air conditioner was broken and the worker spent 30 minutes in and out our room fixing it and lots dust coming out from ceiling and I had to call housekeeping to come clean the floor. Hotel concierge service is major problem. They charged my family 1100 pesos per person for total of $3300 to put us in a group tour in a dirty van and others pay $600. We had to get up early to sit in traffic for them to go pick up others in downtown. Tour was cut short because they had to drop off others. We also pay for lunch extra $600. We paid a high price trusting hotel services thinking good Novotel quality tour but this is not the case. It is more like a rip-off by the hotel concierge service. Breakfast is good and the neighborhood is clean.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was not good. Bar was disappointing, waiter did not come to ask what you wanted to have. We had to ask him. Water pressure in shower was not good and temperature went up and down.

Very good experience, breakfast was delicious thanks! I also enjoyed the room decorations and furniture... the only minus was the lack of ventilation in my room... it turned very humid after showering and my clothing was a bit damp in the closet.

The minibar fridge wasnt working. No English speaking tv channels The heating system not working right- first two nites it was 16 celsius at nite in the room The phone plug broken The shower water goes on the bathroom floor and the hallway carpet You want anything else... ? Great experience- lol

« Good with some disapointments »

The room is quiet good, new TV with good set of channels. The location of the hotel i very good. The pillows were terrible, in spite there are 4 pillows, all pillows are the same, smalls and hard. I also received letters informing me that I have debts and should fix that, I did not like this. I am a frequent traveler, and it is the first hotel I have received such letter.
