My 2-night stay was great at your hotel. Thank you very much for the upgrade. I really appreciated. The room was clean and spacious. In addition, the check-in service was efficient. Everything was explained so clearly. Sadly I was not able to enjoy the cocktail hours due to my work. I will stay there again in the future.

1. Room was too wet. 2. Bed was smaller than before. 3. I was told that late check out is 2pm and I could extend if necessary, but I was not allowed to extend my late checkout at 1pm during the check out date. Rooms were available as I check the official app. 4. I booked 1 room for 2 persons + breakfast but the system showed that I had reserved breakfast for 1 only.

I really not accept for how your management team for handle of food to room everyday, is because they are just putting the food bag in front of my room on floor, it make me very disappointer for your arrangement based on it look like your hotel doesn't care about the overall food hygiene process for guest experience, and I already comment on that to your front staff on the second day by phone call, but it is no any follow up or feedback until I check out. In fact, I am a Group Executive Chef, I lead with the whole kitchen team around the world in our company, and I always believed food hygiene is our first task need to be follow and achieve with, unfortunately, that 7 days experience in hotel are make me never forgot how important of food hygiene, also for our guest too in future.

Humid and I don't feel I am a welcomed guest

I have been stayed here for 7 weeks but no greeting or complimentary gifts from anyone in the hotel. When I wrote an email to Venus and I apologies if I misunderstood myself as an welcomed guest and she just said sorry but all will be charged on consumption basis. I realized that I am not welcomed at all. Bty, the room is really humid and my wallet and jacket are all moldy.

Your staff are all very polite and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. But the room could use improvement: 1. There are no hooks or rails in the bathroom. There is nowhere to the bath towels or clothing when taking a shower, except on the toilet seat! 2. The carpet was not very clean (sticky to the feet). 3. The air conditioner was quite noisy. 4. No power sockets near the bed. With the power sockets on the desk, they were in a rather narrow compartment so it was hard to fit a phone charger and cable in the tight space. I realize that points 3-4 might involve a renovation but I think you can do something about 1-2 before that happens. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The Western items were normal but the Chinese items had a lot of MSG.

It's about 5-10 mins away from the mtr. The location was okay. The staff was friendly. It was a bit noisy on the floor as people were running around and shouting.

I have booked the room through dayuse.com which includes a 4-hour usage plan from 7-11 PM. However the check-in process has taken me around half an hour which is thus reducing my possible time to use the facilities and there's no suggestion of making up of such loss. Seems that the booking record was not available in the hotel system and the staff has to make multiple phone calls to have the issue settled.

it was not enough smoking room for guests who already order from such as hotels.com still no offer smoking room, it happened twice not first time. Very disappointed

My husband and I would like to extend our thanks to all the team at the Novotel Hong Kong Century for yet another thoroughly enjoyable staycation. As Diamond Accor Plus members it is extremely frustrating that travel is so restricted during these difficult pandemic times. We are so pleased therefore that we can enjoy some of our Diamond benefits at the Novotel Hong Kong Century! A very efficient check in - thank you to Crystal who kindly contacted us in advance about our arrival time. Our upgraded room was - as always - spotless and comfortable. We are delighted that the Premier Lounge is now open - our first night was its first day of operation. We were so impressed - what a courteous, professional team the lounge staff are. Thank you so much Neo, Crystal, Florence and Sanki! We thought that the food and beverage on offer was extremely good and very well presented. The lounge provides a very convivial space in which to relax. We also enjoyed our welcome drink at the AK bar - thank you Vincent! Breakfast on each morning was very nice and there is a good extensive spread on offer. Great omelette this time - thank you to the chef on duty. Thank you too to restaurant manager Sunny and his staff team Lai and Lenn. You always look after so well and are very welcoming. Please GM Mr Hipp could you pass on our sincere thanks to all of your staff team who go out of their way to make every staycation at the hotel such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. You must be so proud of them all! We will be back very soon!

Stayed for nearly a year due to Covid outbreak. All staffs were kind and helpful. Always felt clean and safe when stayed here. Disinfection and cleaning were frequently seen at lobby during my stay. The staff acted fast and came to help immediately (e.g the lamp could not switch off). The room was comfortable that make me feel relaxed and could take good rest after work.

Avoid this hotel if you are looking for any hotel loyalty program benefits, the check in staff was reluctant to offer room upgrade, late check out, even welcome drinks that i need to request proactively.

Nice Staycation for Wedding Anniversary

A nice stay for the wedding anniversary, my room is upgraded which is able to have the harbor view with a bottle of wine for celebration. Room is clean and tidy, staff is nice as well, which I strongly recommend for staycation or a short leisure / business trip. Although high quality Full HD LCD TV is available in room, the resolution of TV signal is still very low, which is a bit odd to see VCD or DVD quality TV signal in a Full HD TV nowadays. It will be good if they can provide an option for customer to watch online channel from Youtube or duplicate the mobile / tablet screen via Chromecast or other way. Of course, it is a minor item for enhancement... There is semi-buffet breakfast arrangement due to COVID-19, it is good but the choices of food are less comparing with the normal buffet breakfast...Suggest consider adding noodle, dim sum, etc. Overall, it is a nice stay which I strongly recommended~

Stayed for Covid quarantine. Found the room to be quiet good size clean & tidy. Had meals provided and found all meals exceptional. Would definitely stay again for any occasion. All staff were helpful & friendly.

The Japanese styled supper was below standard; beef couldn't be torn off and even cooked food didn't keep warm enough. No coffee was served with the breakfast and also the free mini-bar. 2 bottles of mineral water were not sufficient for daily consumption.
