In short, I do not recommend this hotel for the following reasons: I booked this hotel for the 3-day mandatory quarantine stay, I will leave a comment on the following aspects: Room: the double occupancy room is quite small, roughly 3m by 3m, and the bed is also small for two persons; the size estimate is 2m by 1.5m. It is as if they just gave me a single occupancy room for two persons. The refrigerator is not cold enough. Only one chair was given. View: Tall office buildings with a tiny gap showing the ocean Bathroom: it is small, but it serves its purpose Price: too pricy, it costs me around 1.5k HKD per night, the room and service is not so different from the 3-star hotel my friend stayed which cost him around 500HKD Overall: I won't recommend this hotel at the price I paid, but it would be reasonable if you could get it below 800 HKD. I won't stay in this hotel ever unless I have no choice. I agree with other commenters here that the hotel does not deserve a 4-star.

The size of our rooms is common in Hong Kong – which is around 23m² and the size of the bed is not big but not too small which is a queen sized bed for double occupancy. Stayed for quarantine requirement at the suite at 3290 hkd per night 1. Room: old, one of air-conditioners in the living room was not working, no power outlet in the living room, bath tub drain stopper not working => Assuming that no one is coming for fixing, no attempt to make a phone call to fix. 2. Food: horrible (check the photo). Everyday breakfast was the same for all members in the room every day we stayed. No choice given for lunch and dinner. Food is always lukewarm or cold. Every day, we had to spend additional 50-70 usd for a meal at least. First night small ramen (without utensil) for dinner is provided because we arrived after the meal distribution time. Nina hotel provided dinner for us even if we arrived after midnight. => Last year we stayed at Nina hotel for 3weeks. It had a choice for every meal and everyone in the room. If we had to stay here for 3weeks, stress and money waste would be unthinkable 3. Service: horrible. No baggage cart, no help to move the 5 bags and pushchair (3-4 employees staring at us: Nina hotel gave us help), Had to call to get things done (e.g., 1 paper, 1 meal sent for 3 persons). Delivery food was sitting in the hotel for about an hour and delivered lukewarm. Had to call to bring the food after 40 mins deliveroo said it is delivered. I want to ask how they justify 3290 per night for this type of service!

Great quarantine hotel

xCambion Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Stayed here for my one-week quarantine coming in from overseas. The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The one thing I was worried about was the food that they would serve (I had a bad experience at a different hotel) but the food was amazing and I was able to choose my meals throughout my stay (either Asian or Western food).

Stayed 1 night at the hotel during the pandemic, I had little expectation from the hotel. During my stay, welcome drink was not served as nobody was found at restaurant in the afternoon. Buffet breakfast was changed to served breakfast. This shortfall was understandable. Anyway, the room was clean. Hotel location was excellent. I’ll come back when everything returns normal.
