The room is small and smelly. Bod room services that everything needs to call for twice to get. Poor soundproof that we can listen people talking in the corridor.

The hotel in near MTR subway and convenient to many parts of HK. The room is small but with a gap of harbour view on the TST K11 tower. The check in service is fast and receptionist Krystal is very nice and offered us a bottle of wine and told room service to provide us two glasses. The afternoon tea snacks and drinks ( both unlimited ) at the bar restaurant is great and so relaxing to sit. The bar manager Florence is nice too and always asked us any more to order. My wife and I can feel the passion of your hotel to give good hospitality to those guests. This is not the first time that we try Novotel as we spent some our pleasure moments with Novotel in other countries at our budget. The room is clean and decent. The staff are genuine and efficient. The service is impeccable particularly in the AK Bar. The staff namely Leo is so friendly and attentive. The whole experience is out of expectation.

Nice Staycation for Wedding Anniversary

A nice stay for the wedding anniversary, my room is upgraded which is able to have the harbor view with a bottle of wine for celebration. Room is clean and tidy, staff is nice as well, which I strongly recommend for staycation or a short leisure / business trip. Although high quality Full HD LCD TV is available in room, the resolution of TV signal is still very low, which is a bit odd to see VCD or DVD quality TV signal in a Full HD TV nowadays. It will be good if they can provide an option for customer to watch online channel from Youtube or duplicate the mobile / tablet screen via Chromecast or other way. Of course, it is a minor item for enhancement... There is semi-buffet breakfast arrangement due to COVID-19, it is good but the choices of food are less comparing with the normal buffet breakfast...Suggest consider adding noodle, dim sum, etc. Overall, it is a nice stay which I strongly recommended~

It is well located because there are bus stops nearby. The interior decoration is also grand and trendy. On top of it, the hotel staffs are all polite and gentle in serving my friends and me.

Convenient location, room is clean and tidy. Semi Buffet Breakfast is kind of COV-19 arrangement, but the choices are relatively less than usual.

Speedy check in, staff are nice, all in-room hardware are excellent. Simple breakfast is included, quality is fair and worth its price. Location is really nice, just 5 mins walk to Causeway Bay for dinner and a walk. Overall, everything is satisfactory. Will probably have a stay again.

Staffs are well trained with customer service, they treat customer politely. I enjoyed the conversation with your staff Neo, he smiles while he is serving. Truly appreciate his attitude, I would call it professional. In addition, when I requested to have one set of shampoo, the responsible staffs are well responded. He only spent 5 mins and gave me what I wanted in front of the door (which other 5 stars hotel may spend 30 minutes or above). I am amazed by the quick response of your staffs. While the food selection in the bar could be more generous, the package originally offered us to go to the executive lounge - but it is closed. So we moved to the bar, the tea selection were only fruit and sandwich. Honestly, the sandwich was not that good looking, although it is refillable. Overall, I would definitely come back again. Thanks for your good service and I am looking forward to stay in Novotel Hong Kong Century again.

Nice service. The staffs are nice and helpful. But the cleanliness of the room is poor. The table is full of dusts. Me and my hubsand feeling itchy after sleeping in your hotel. I am thinking there are fleas on the bed. Also, when we have breakfast in next morning, My hubsand go back to room first. Leave me in the restaurant. I suddenly feel stomoache and visit the restaurant's toilet. When I back, the table was clean and my newspapers are all throw away. My hubsand bought apple daily and 信報 and your staff throw them away. They continued to say that the table was leave empty too long. I understand that but I think I have stomache and it took a longer time.
