« Lovely Staff »

As our stay was 15 nights we were a little apprehensive that it things weren't to our liking we may be stuck somewhere uncomfortable for more than two weeks and with with few options. We are very happy to stay that this was not the case. Our stay was very pleasant and made even more so by the fantastic staff we encountered each day. From Daniel and the other staff at reception to the ever so helpful ladies in house keeping, this hotel is blessed with wonderful staff. Thank you, we will be back.

« Great choice for Hong Kong island »

Small, functional room, but good value for Hong Kong island. Nice views from higher floors and handy for the MTR. Only one complaint ... no BBC or CNN on the TV. Just RTE, CCTV, and Fox. Fine if that floats your boat but no good if you're after news not propaganda.

« A fabulous gem in North Point »

The welcome and farewell by DANIEL was fantastic. I come to this hotel in all my visits to HK, but with so much professional care and guidance it is more than a "homecoming". Thank you Ibis, thank you Reception, thank you IBIS> The room was super clean, everything was there, nothing missing, from the comfortable bedding to the kettle and hairdryer, etc. Excellent deal for breakfast on the 2nd floor, enquire at Reception. Keep going Ibis!

North Point areas are older style of hong kong and budget travellers but slowly changing. Location is easy to access to transport and foods. IBis rooms and service are fine except the breakfast you may wish to skip.

Even this is a budget hotel I have to say the staff there are the most friendly and provide the best customers service I have had in years! Great Smile for every staff and always helpful! The only thing is the shower curtain which does nothing to stop water to get onto bathroom floor. But overal stay was excellent!
