It was a very pleasant two-night stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the location was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk from the bus station in the city center. Breakfast was OK, considering the situation these days, except for the so-called orange juice. The walls between rooms were a bit thin, though, and the doors tended to slam way too loud, echoing through the hallway. But as the hotel wasn't very busy during my stay there, it did not matter too much. I will definitely stay again.

Very good location. Very old furniture, only one bottle of soap on the sink, no shower gel, no body lotion, no slippers in the room

We stayed at Ibis Bratislava Centrum mid August and everthing went well we were travelling with a baby and had a room with plenty of space. At checkout we decided to make another reservation for mid september, requesting the same room. The team at the hotel managed to secure the same room for us, we requested a late checkout that was also allowed. Also all other request at breakfast were also attended accordingly. All in all a very pleasant stay thanks to the professional team at the hotel

Hello saying everyone I am whenever booking the room say minibar in the fridge in the room whenever I check in the room there is no minibar Northfleet but this room is okay bathroom is very tiny toilet seat in the corner of whenever I’m sitting I’m really uncomfortable if a load of money for 3 to 4 star services but the service is not good I’ve been there for night not a single person come to clean the room I am in British citizen I see a star hotels three star Hotel this is my Very worst experience the Breakfast is not good I can’t say any word this trip is my worst experience

Check-in was fast and staff was friendly. Wi-Fi was dependable. Room was basic and small. Location is central. But upon arrival, the room wasn't cleaned and dust and long hairs stuck to my socks. And the next day, housekeeping didn't arrive. Normally at Accor you can choose not to have your room cleaned and you well get 200 points in return. This time the hotel made the decision not to clean the room without awarding me the points.

Friendly staff and nice rooms but overall I am disappointed. Why? It is stated that parking is provided, true, but with a payment of € 18 for a motorcycle overnight. Under the window there is a constant noise all night due to outdated trams, braking, ringing.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good but I would recommend to have more vegan options, or at least dairy-free options. Otherwise everything was fine, i would stay in this hotel again!

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Very good hotel, just 50m. from the old town. and close to Bratislava castle, very helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, nice beds and happy to sleep. I would like to return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel on edge of city centre with restaurants and museums just a few minutes walk away. We had a clean comfortable and spacious room. Very good buffet breakfast and staff most helpful and efficient. Would stay again if visiting Bratislava.

Great location,close to the city centre. Walking distance to/from the train station. Friendly and welcoming. Only few tv channels ( for those who like to watch tv ). We didn't have breakfast so can't say whether it was good :-)

Room was huge, clean and in good location, staff were very helpful my mam left her bracelet and earring as soon as we contacted the hotel it wasn't a problem they had it sent out in registered post for free, made us feel so welcomed and would definitely be back.

Easy to get to on Tram no 1

I had to catch the Tram no 1 from the main station and get off before the hotel with a short walk. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. A walk to the hotel would take about 25 minutes knowing which way to go but I had an e-mail from the hotel

Good value for money. Close to the old town, castle, and all the attractions. Friendly staff and we were allocated a large corner room which was a bonus. Breakfast coffee and croissant snack in the reception area was very useful.

Not a real Ibis hotel

I stayed at the Ibis Bratislava Centrum for 2 nights in August. The staff were fine at the hotel but I do seriously question the management of the hotel. I am a member of the Accor Hotels club and booked my stay using my American Express card, as normal. However, when I checked in I was told that the hotel didn’t accept American Express. How often do you find a hotel of an international hotel chain that does not accept Amex? On entering my room, I turned on the tv and there was not a single international television station to watch. I was told at the reception that there was a problem with the television provider. A hotel of an international hotel chain that does not have international tv channels!! At breakfast I requested gluten free bread, quite a standard request these days, and was told I had to order 1 day in advance. What happens if you only stay 1 night? Lastly, I asked for a glass of red wine at the bar ....but the hotel didn’t have any red wine. A French owned hotel that does not stock red wine in its bar, unbelievable!! Is this hotel really a member of the Accor / Ibis chain or some kind of fake using the Ibis logo? Ibis / Accor please check this hotel to ensure it is really part of your hotel chain because what I experienced wasn’t anywhere near the normal Ibis standard.
