I appreciate all assistance of Yan Chang and Rozma and other staff members and security. They were very helpful and polite. Our guest were so happy with everything in the hotel. I just want to say thank you to Jamal who gives us late check out all the time. We stayed here many times already and we always had given late check out, well, it's one of the benefit as an Accor Member. Anyhow, the check in process is very smooth and fast. I had only two problems, both the telephone inside the room and in the washroom are not working, there's no dial tone. And the wifi is very slow as well.

I have had an amazing experience at Ibis Hotel DWTC. I have dealt with several hotel representatives in-person or over the phone and my interactions with Rozma (the Duty Manager) and Lala (the receptionist) was outstanding and compared to their colleagues, both Rozma and Lala excelled beyond everyone else in providing exceptional service and they have always been available to help me out with any issues I had. Kudos to both Rozma and Lala.

The staff were very accommodating and attentive. We requested for water and toiletries to be delivered, and they bring it so quickly! We also LOVE the bed and the pillows. We slept like a baby. Louella was very professional. She is the most patient Front Office staff. The facilities are outdated. Time to install a new phone and TV. Maybe change the old tiles, too.

I had stayed there for three months in total and have to say the staff were all great from Housekeeping , security, Receptions staff ( especially the Indian lady (sorry i forget her name)where nothing was to much for her . I do have 2 complaints however When I stayed for the third month i was coming back from Germany on Business and I reserved a month at 3,300 DH stay in September with the receptionist and i asked if i need to pay in advance , i was told no need i can pay when I arrived So imagine my surprise that when i arrived on 23rd of October I was told that the month stay cost had gone up to over 4000 DH, of course i refused and eventually the hotel manager agreed to keep the cost as originally reserved I find this kind of profiting very poor attitude for someone who has stayed three long months very concerning but i guess that's what to expect in Dubai , seems money is of more concern that looking after genuine customers who are loyal travelers Also in my second month i paid 599 DH for unlimited laundry which was great seeing i am long term stay ,Then for the third month i paid again 599 DH to be told that there was a limit of 10 items of clothing per day ( so it is not unlimited then ? ) Maybe Ibis has it the wrong way around , you should look after your long stay customers as much as your short term stay which thanks to all the staff who looked after me , they are the reason I would stay again not how the hotel management put profit over client satisfaction So shame on the senior management you can learn from you staff who know much more about how to treat clients

I reserved a night beeing close to the world trade center and the position was my main aim but the rooms are really old, and seems never been renewed, especially bathroom and shower with tiles where the joints are old and black (due to the elderness). And nowadays, in a situation where the pandemic problem is the main problem, in the hotel they still use (in my opinion absolutely non) hygienic dispenser (like 10/15 years ago) that are also difficult to press if you have wet hands in shower or washbasin! Now even in Dubai they use disposable shampoos or shower gel in almost all hotels! And near the bed there are no electrical socket!! You have a lamp (only for one side of the bed) that has no multiple socket. I had to charge my electronic device putting it in the bathroom using the socket for the shaver, and my phone in the socket on the table, not near the bed! If someone has to charge a third electronic device (pc, Phone, etc, there were no chance, no usb plug nothing!)

I have never visited a hotel where they there is on one to help you take your luggage to room plus the valet parking is not their so you have to pick and leave luggage in lobby trolley pull the trolley go park your car and then pull the trolley to your room where it will not fit and the room is extremely smelly and small. Worst Worst experience ever and plus the hotel has only installed shower jel for shampoo and body wash only and no other amenities.

Good just for Sleeping

Its a hotel to get in the room when you are very tired. we gort 3 rooms all of them had leaking in the shower box. You finish the shower with more wather out then inside the box. My refrigerator took 3 days for change for malfunction. I have to thank Srivatsa that was the one who solved all these problens for us. Also the brakfast is outside the hotel. .half a mie far away.

Great Location but Old Furniture. The Location of the Hotel is so good. However, the Furniture, the rooms, and the outdoors need full renovation. Going for breakfast in the other Ibis Hotel was not comfortable. Also, the housekeeping was not as expected. I had to buy water in one of the night because the never respond to my request of bringing water to the room, as I did not find any in that night.

You can kiss the All Safe slogan good Bye when simple cleanliness and hygiene norms are not respected. Bath tub walls are not clean, old hair on it. the smell in room was not pleasant, i couldn't change because of Covid restrictions i am following. i did the online check-in as it was predicted to arrive very late to check in and i presumed finding my room keys ready, instead i had to make the check in again ! i booked a bed and breakfast, only to know the following day that their all-day dining is closed and i had to take a 5 minutes walk to a nearby Ibis premise to have my breakfast and that kept me hesitating since my PureHealth Covid test results wasn't out yet and i was not clear to move out of my location, so i couldn't have my breakfast the first day ( 2 nights stay) ! only the second morning when my test results tuned out negative i took the hassle to walk for my breakfast. they've could simply mentioned that breakfast is not available and not charge me for it. finally, the internet Wifi was sooooooo bad ( not acceptable for a business type hotel) and i was using the nearby convention hall ( world trade center) wifi free connection ( very low because of distance) to do my work while staying at the hotel. Very Bad experience especially that i had to be confined until my Airport covid results were out.

Room needs immediate cleaning and sanitation. No idea how the All Safe sticker has been provided to this hotel with such disgusting rugs and dirty walls. There is no way the rooms are being monitored for cleanliness (proof of pictures attached) Unbelievably unhygienic. Would not recommend. The rug under the bed was stained and very dirty (room 331). Hotel should be ashamed, if you’re not ready to reopen the hotel in pandemic, then don’t open it! Totally overpaid for my stay during NYE. Did not expect this compared to the standards I am used to with other Accor properties. Additional negative: - fridge in room not working as the electricity cable has issues with the outlet and could hear the static noise (switched it off to avoid an issue) - no parking on site. You have to park at the Ibis one central across the street and come walking (let’s not start about the parking at the other ibis, it’s a nightmare to park there. Absolutely no signs/directions where to park so you’re closer to the ibis one central elevators) - kettle was so dirty when I opened it like someone had literally boiled puke. Should have taken a picture before I gave to housekeeping who was similarly shocked by how disgusting it was inside. Immediately replaced it (she told me that Ibis had reopened the night or two nights ago and they didn’t have enough time to clean all the rooms; what are the chances you wanted to open the hotel in any way or form just to have a full booking during NYE?) really disappointed - asked room service only to replace coffee powder the next morning and change the mugs. Came back to find the same used mugs and the used coffee bags were still on the table with some new ones “thrown” on the side. I mean c’mon, I am almost certain you can do better even for a budget hotel. Budget doesn’t mean quality must be bad. Positive: - Great location in heart of dubai - Free parking at the other nicer-looking Ibis across the street - Free wifi

Stayed for few nights, expected a limited features as this is a budget hotel, however; many things seemed to be even less than a budget hotel. On arrival water wasn't warm enough, next night was fine. TV model and size seems to be from old ages. Room housekeeping services 3/5. Reception service (3.5/5). Parking facility is (0.5/5), its better not to give parking rather than the provided option of parking in a nearby facility where you have to walk 5 mins back and forth. (After NYE I came back around 5am, and was stuck in the basement of this facility looking for an exit because its Friday and doors are lock, I had to walk out from the vehicles entrance route). Room cleanliness (3/5), Room facilities (1/5).
