main Pool was closed and food was bad including the room service

Pool is under repair, I checked in with my Name but the room is good for 2-3 person but still they charge my wife for breakfast for 2 days. All the entertainment facilities like billiards, mini soccer and game station need to rent and pay as well.

Hi i was looking forward for the weekend to stay at the Jebel hafeet hotel the check in experience was good but was disappointed about the swimming pool closure & i have backpain issues the bed is not firm for me so it was back was aching the next day and the chairs in the room also does not have proper back support & it is very old it is needs replacement. Apart from that everything else like breakfast ,service team and every one was pleasant .
