Room very good, but requested a quitecroom but only one room away from reception/bar area. Large group being in restaurant so meals stopped at 7.30 after complaining a Pizza was provide for our room. Noise level outside our rear ground floor window from large group and outside smoking could be smelt.

I had booked this hotel for April 2020. Obviously this could not happen and I was not able to get a refund. It was said I could rebook but was not given any information on how to do this. I did not stay there on October 2021

Stayed for two hours, very frightened

We only stayed for two hours before we decided to leave. We were a party of two women and a tiny baby. The hotel seemed full of foreign men talking loudly at all times and going from room to room. The corridors smelt of alcohol. It really was no place for two women and a baby. We felt so afraid. Decided to book another hotel and left after two hours. We did explain to the hotel receptionist who just asked us if we were sure we wanted to leave which we did. Felt much safer at another hotel. Unfortunately it was a really bad experience for us.

The room was spacious and comfortable, but the general setting is uninspiring. Best as a work stopover rather than a holiday!

Was not told that to park my car that it has to be paid for Have had a fine of 100 pounds and paid sixty pounds For paying it straight away First time that this has happened to me Staff need to be better trained so this never happens to anyone again

Easy to check in and out the Staff are very professional and accommodating a happy and helpful hotel staff throughout my stay the room was very clean I had the best sleep in a while on the bed a thoroughly happy and restful stay the breakfast was very good with amazing coffee also.

No Sleep Due to Exception Noise

Upon arrival I was given room 1 which was incredibly noisy as it was next to the reception, just outside the window is where the guests go to smoke, so you get the relentless shouting and relentless chatting all hours of the night, also room 1 is right next to the stairwell - so you get noise from the foot traffic in the stairwell and bang of the door as they enter the stairs and noise from the lift mechanism, The lift mechanism appears or sounds like its right next door to Room 1 which generates a low level white noise effect which when the above conversations quieten down you hear it . On top of what I've just mentioned, the noise the nightshift whilst hoovering the office and reception with the endless laughing with the nightshift teams was not expected, they also left the TV playing at such a high volume I had to go out at 3AM to find someone to unplug it. I can honestly say that was the worst stay I've ever had in a hotel in my whole career working for Shell and my recommendation to you would be to turn Room 1 into some form of storage room as clearly its not adequate to be used as a room to sleep in as I had none with the level of noise I experienced.
