Spend three weeks at the hotel, the staff was already friendly and helpful. The language barrier was easily dealt with and I was always able to get the answers I needed.

The staff were very gracious. The room was clean and nice. I missed a full size bed. Our only option was twin size beds. Due to the length of the stay, it would have been nice to have a microwave and coffee maker in the room. I understand this is a luxury but with a lengthy stay it would be nice. Overall, I would come back and stay again.

I stayed at the Mercure - Jaragua do sul for 3 weeks, and I have stayed there during several Januarys in recent years. I have always experienced comfortable accomodations, and cordial interactions with the staff.

The location is excelent e the size of the rooms as well. However, the wifi does not work properly and the coffe break is too expensive.

Great... I had everything I needed, the spray hose thing by the toilet had a leak. Didn't use it.

Rooms were sparse, breakfast was poor as there was a conference on where all of the delegates used the breakfast room, so they could not keep up : there were no plates, food was slow to be refreshed. Not what i expect from an Accor hotel.

Thank you. I spent two nights on the hotel. It is ok but, few things i believe if you improve the hotel will much better (i-e, bed is not comfort, no, iron, breakfast no much choices. Good point, location, reception staff are good.

my room was not ready as it still needed cleaning, so I was put in a disabled room, which was extremely cold. once my room was eventually ready I enjoyed my stay.
