Pleasant stay. Small details such as the note about environment preservation suggesting to reuse the towels and every day I came back to the hotel, I found a new set of towels. Same was with the soap.... I always had two small soap attached to each other for future use and sure enough, even when I kept is a way that would hint that I will use again, they were always replaced. I humbly feel that if the hotel portray as saving the environment, there is a need to walk the talk.

This was our first travel on the pandemy and I felt secure at the hotel. My family and my baby girl loved the stay. The staff was outstanding, they really cared for all my request and my needs as I was traveling with a baby and they made my stay pleasent. I want to highlight the attention from reservation manager (Clayton) to my requests and the governance staff to make the stay comfortable even when changing of room they remember of the baby crib. And the most outstanding was the breakfast staff at the hotel restaurant, they manager Jonas was amazing with our family and made our time pleasant during every morning at breakfast with our baby.

Place is ver well located and breakfast is great. The internet connection is very slow though, and the rooms are humid and uncomfortable.

This was a business trip and I had a good time at this hotel. Clean place, and nice location, very helpful staff and good amenities. Breakfast only starts after 7:00am? It doesn't make sense, but I can survive without it.

We booked it for only one night while taking care of family business in São Paulo. We arrived late and left early so we didn't have a chance to enjoy the hotel. Indeed it is a nice hotel, but what I didn't like was a stale beer for my welcome drink.

I had to stay for more than 15 days, our stay was very good, to improve I would suggest a few things: (1 The wlakies talkies of the cleaning and maintenance staff can be adjusted to a lower volume as they are overly loud, beyond (2) After a long stay at the hotel, the ideal would be to facilitate the stay, not only to inform that the hotel would be crowded and should leave the place, without (3) The refectory during the cold was a refrigerator, because the walls are glass and without any type of heating, extremely uncomfortable during breakfast. Positively highlight the excellent food of the self-service lunch and the attendance of food of 24 hours, presentation, taste and quality. The courtesy of the reception desk is to be commended.

Near Beneficiencia Portuguesa and Oswaldo Cruz as well as AC Camargo, this hotel has a business atmosphere and is handy to anyone that need to stay nearby, for meetings or medical treatment. Employees very attentive to your needs, speak English and Spanish pretty well. The traffic by the end of day in this area of SP is always standstill, so expect for some delay when waiting for a taxi or Uber. The Subway is not too far if you're able to walk 10-15min. For the hospitals otherwise, the car is needed as you `climb the hills` to get to them.

Room is an average but the bathroom is no good. Goog location and the service is very good. Easy access. Is also easy to leave the hotel and have access to Sao Pauo city. Nearby restaurants. The hotel restaurant is also good and the price is fare.

Good hotel and service, in general, good too. I requested an early check in on arrival in the morning and due to the delay of the room release they decided not to charge me for going in early. Such a solution was satisfactory.

One of the best cost-benefits when talking about Accor Hotels. It's very well situated, you are very close to the main attractions of São Paulo. The hotel itself is cozy and very comfortable, staff is welcoming and easygoing. The only con is the bed mattress, which is too soft. But I think it's just my view, probably the majority of guests likes that. Other than that, you have a mini kitchen (microwave, mini bar and cutlery), free wifi and cable tv. If you want to spend some time working at the room you have a very large desk behind the bed, very comfortable. Parking is not free, but the price is ok for São Paulo standards (R$ 20/day).

Sao Paulo is not the city you would like to visit, but if you have to be there, this hotel is a good option. Located close to a motorway exit, it is easy to park your car with the valet service. the rooms are spacious and convenient. Breakfast is plenty. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good, but the shower was with problems and the kitchen's light wasn't working. In general, the room was good enough, but can be better. A little suggestion is to have some room instructions printed (like, where we turn on/off the air conditioner, the lights..).

The hotel looks very good, but it is not. The bed was very bad, so I could not sleep at all during the night and got a backache that last for 10 days. The carpet, the couch, the sink, the microwave, the dishes in the room were dirty. There was no toaster during breakfast.
