« Huge disappointment »

Most of the staff does not speak English at all. And this is at a big international hotel chain property located in the country’s capital.

Dear Mr. Bessarabenkoger, Sorry for your disappointment with our hotel and services and thanks for answering our satisfaction survey. . We have at least one English spoken person at each working shift at the front desk, and even if not fully fluent they are able to attend basic demands. If possible I would like to know from you what they could not attend you so I can fix it internally. Regarding the matter of late check-out and its charge, our team always offer the very best free option possible before offering an option with charges, checking the hotel circumstances and availability. The room size, bed comfort and furniture were ok. On the other hand, there were small ants in the room, and even if we informed about it to the front desk twice, the ants were still there. Additionally, daily the room could be better cleaned.

« very good but desk service weak on check out »

always very friendly and helpful 1:1 but when I contacted them for checkout I could not reach/talk to anyone later they said it was very busy they made it up to me by extending the checkout also one day the sink was not cleaned and I found my hair from shaving still there

The managers were always available when I needed them, even for little things like assistance with the elevator. They were always pleasant and always available for questions. The staff in the dining room were likewise pleasant and helpful. And the good was excellent!

It was pleasant and accommodating and what stood out the most was your front desk staff. The room i would rate aboiut a 7. The door hedges on the bathroom door was loose so we had to lift it up the close it. The shower leaked throughout the night so we had to keep the bathroom door cklosed. But again your front desk staff moved my ing from a 7 to a 8. 5 on a 1 to 10 scales.

« Great food, beautiful lobby, friendly staff »

Overall, it was good. The only complaints is that they charged me for something I didnt have from the mini fridge. Also, they didn’t have plugs to charge things. This was a little inconvenient since we had a lot of things to charge. The iron board we were given was broken. And our bathroom had a very foul smell to it. The staff accomadated us the best they could, which we greatly appreciated!
