Apartment measuring 463 sq. ft. (43 m²) and 344 sq. ft. (32 m²), two rooms (bedroom and lounge). A king-size bed and a sofa-bed in the lounge. Cable TV and air conditioning in both rooms, minibar, balcony, fitted kitchen with microwave, two-ring electric stove and sink, hairdryer in the bathroom. Can accomadate up to 3 people.

On The first day breakfast was served with cold Coffee. The kitchen refused to delivery the order due to bad wheater Wi-Fi did not have a signal at all points in the room

The location is good. Close to the many places. The overall room quality is good. The air conditioning noise was quite loud and they don't have stuffs inside the frigobar.

The room is very good, as usual, but the breakfast are improvised at the conference room, the personal at the reception in breakfast are not prepared, I just asked for a cup o coffee and he made me to pay full charge, besides, the price charged for the breakfast seems to be a little expensive regarding what they serve!!!

Had to prepay Fridgobar, no restaurant and pool furniture tired. Stayed here a lot before and has dropped a little in standard.

The restaurant under refurbishment, breakfast on a ball room that the Manager booked on Nov 5th for a fair, no coffee for me, only to go or at the room

Very desorganized manager and staff on that week, from Nov 3rd to Nov 5th, because their restaurante area are under construction / refurbishment and their ball room area have being used as an interim breakfast area, but on Friday the Nov 5th, the manager rented the area for a Book Premiere Conference and I could have any coffee as the hotel were serving it at the guests rooms but no prior notice as on week days most guests are on business not on leausure trips. And usually the hotel service is not that fast on a daily basis. I had a bad experience in the begining of my day there. Very desappointed with the hotel lack of information on my check in on that specially for the in-room service on Nov the 5th. I do not recommend it until they restore their regular restaurant service. thank you, Reinaldo

During my stay, that was holidays in Brazil, I had very bad experience on Monday, November 1st. It´s holidays on November, 2 and most of companies (Private and Public) don´t work as well on November, 1. Once I worked for a Multinational company I wake-up early to attend some calls from the hotel, and my family was trying to take some rest. Around 8:30, during my first call I was surprised with a deafening noise of reform above my room. I though that was an emergency, but the noise continued all day..... I called the reception to ask about that noise that did not allowed me to participate on my calls and did not as well leave my family took their rest. The front desk receptionist did not know nothing about the reform!!! I asked to talk with the manager of the hotel, but he never called me back!! I called again to the front desk and another receptionist did not know was well about the reform. I asked again to the hotel manager to called me back but it did not happened. I understand that this situation can happen but at least the hotel should inform the guests about possible noise and/ or accommodate the guests in a room far from the reform noises. Also extremely disappointed with the no feedback from the hotel after my claims.

The room and location in Brasilia were good, but the hotel's restaurant was closed and an associated suplier was suggested (Capim). I ordered a Caeser Salad (!!!) but the food was terrible. Please consider another associated restaurant to serve guests

Business travel for 3 days. Everything was smoothly organized and well kepted. Clean room, well located and had a nice view from my room. One small consideration: air conditioner system on the balcony made a lot of noise during the usage, had to sleep with airpods on.

the bathroom was moldy, the drain had an issue because it was flood while I was bathing. I asked for roomservice and the salad had an insect/flea

We have a wedding in the same day. We were in family, divided in 3 rooms (including my 82-year-old grandmother) and we asked if we could do an early check in since we had a wedding in the same day. We were informed that we could have access to the rooms at 12 o’clock at least. However, the rooms got ready after the regular check in-schedule at 14:50. This was a saturday in Brasilia which means that the city was not crowded. I expected a better experience considering that is an accor hotel, not only with the punctuality but with empathy and better communication from the attendants. In addition to that, the breakfast was not good and does not worth the 42 brazilian reais. The rooms were well cleaned and the toilet is small in comparison with the other areas of the room.

The room as spacious, perfectly clean, and exceptionally beautiful and organized. The reception service was fast, and the receptionist was very kind. Also, the service room was extremely efficient and complete, the food was good and the delivery was fast.

I didn't have parking so I had to rent a position at the grand mercure

Everything was fine except for the WiFi, you should add access points for coverage on the rooms on the extremes of the hotel, I personally had to be moving every time trying to have a good connection and that's really stressful

Sympathy, comfort and hospitality are the main concepts of this hotel. I recommend. Hotel very clean, organized, great beds, great shower, bath and towels. All staff are highly attentive. Internet with good speed. Beautiful landscape of the rooms for the Federal Capital Brasilia. I will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and well located, the room was quite spacious and had a great view (also great shower); everything was tidy and I had a very pleasant time. The breakfast was so complete, truly delicious.
