The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. But the location of the hotel is far outside of Bayonne, you will need to have a car. The hotel recommended to have dinner at the courtepaille restaurant next door, but we waited for 2hours to get through with our dinner...

Well-located for a stay in Bayonne, France. Clean and easilly accessible with services nearby. Pillows need improvement. It was just a quick overnight stop and it was what was expected from IBIS Budget.

Stop for one night, basic room but clean and the hotel is easy to access from the highway with parking on site. Not far from the city center if you want to visit Bayonne. Overall very good experience and good relation quality/price.

Poor bedding

We have stayed at this motel many times. It is convenient, accepts dogs, has a restaurant next door and staff are always friendly. However at some point the bedding has been changed. There is an undersheet which is extremely rough and then another sheet which is a bit like paper. The roughness can still be felt so it makes for an uncomfortable night. The price has always been budget up to a couple of years ago and it has since then escalated.

A great place to stay just off the A63 on the outskirts of Bayonne. We arrived far too early to check in, but the lovely receptionist checked us in early after a tiring night drive through Spain. The room was very comfortable and clean. A nice restaurant next door, and also plenty of other choices on a retail park across the road.

Better than we expected, the hotel is located in an industrial estate and is fairly basic. However it is well frequented and the restaurant attached is used both by guests and locals. Banged my head on the bunk bed during the night, could have foregone the experience. Can’t understand why our dogs were allowed in the busy restaurant but not in the breakfast room when we were the only people there?

Practical for a night stay - however got charged twice!

It was a nice stay, although parking was difficult and we ended up having to park at the back of the hotel with our packed car. Also I found out a few days later that I had been charged twice for the stay! I did the online check in as in the past I had the unpleasent experience on Ibis Budget Liege of getting the booking canceled as we arrived after 10pm (we were traveling and got delayed...) although my credit card details are in my ALL - accor account. So I paid for the stay on the online check-in and got charged again on my other card after the fast check-out. Still waiting to be contacted by the hotel regarding the refund of one of the charges!

Our regular stop over. Check in was good as was the breakfast but the room, although comfortable, was somewhat tired looking and in need of decorating. Evening meal at the adjoining Campanile was very good.
