Very nice welcome at the check in process. Unfortunately, I was informed that restaurant and bar is closed. I can use these facilities at Novotel hotel. It was as well related to breakfast. I got very nice room, unfortunately temperature in the room was very high, Even though air-condition was on but no cooling. There was very high humidity as well. Afer, I opened window. Nice fresh air was coming into. Noise from then street too. I could not sleep almost all night.

Szanowny Panie Tadeuszu Przede wszystkim bardzo dziękujemy za Pańską lojalność i poświęcenie czasu na podzielenie się z nami opinią. Pragniemy, żeby pobyt naszych gości był zawsze jak najlepszy, i to właśnie Pańskie wskazówki pokazują nam, co musimy jeszcze poprawić. Staramy się, żeby nasi goście zawsze byli w pełnii usatysfakcjonowani, jednak w tym wypadku widocznie nie wszystko poszło jak należy. Proszę zatem przyjąć nasze przeprosiny. Klimatyzacja, o której Pan wspomina w recenzji, została naprawiona zaraz po Pańskiej informacji. Wierzymy, że zaufa nam Pan ponownie i wkrótce będziemy mogli Pana gościć. the hotel has fantastic standard and the superb service. Everything is adjusted for pandemic times. Good parking spots and tasty breakfasts. I recommend everyone plannimg their stay in Kraków.
