Overall good experience. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Rooms could be a bit warmer on cold nights and the Beds NEED real improvement. Matrasses were extremely bad and not comfortable at all.

One night stay with my wife. Extremely professional and polite, as well as helpfull reception. Check in was quick and easy, same as check-out. Room as described in the Standard category on your website - also very clean and neat, good water pressure and temp.

I couldnt fill the company name on your site so i have send an email with company information. You have made mistake at invoice. I have asked at the recepction about invoice correction. The girl which is working for you said that my correction will be prepeared next day. Next day the girl didnt remember about whole matter. I explained the problem once again and she said that my invoice will be ready next day morning… of course it wasnt. Third time there was another girl, i have explaind the whole situation once agin and she said that she is going to prepeare correction invoice. When she came back she said that she cant and i will receive invoice via email. I was waiting half day and there was no email so i have contacted hotel once again… after 4 days of talking with your employee i have finally received invoice. In my opinion the girl which was working 16st and 17st of november in the evening should lose her job. I have never encountered such lousy service before.
