Quite disappointed stay

The location is not so bad apart from the constant noise of aircrafts landing as the airport is not that far off. This was not mentioned to me when I called to check about the hotel. The internet is pretty bad as we end up using our phone data for internet service! Parking charges were not consistent as upon checking in we had to pay 14 euros while we saw on the advert screen in the hotel it stated 13! Breakfast charges were also different from what the hotel advertised in the hotel. We had to pay more. This we wouldn’t mind if the breakfast had been better. For the price, I would say it is NOT worth it! Choices were very limited. We have paid similar prices for a much better breakfast in other hotels. This is also our first time encountering a hotel (comparing similar rates) that uses one ply toilet rolls/paper! Unfortunately, we will not be returning guests to this hotel. We have stayed in a few Ibis hotels around Germany and other European countries and we know how good they can be!

well located, close to university, however hard to work on your laptop because the internet works only for mobile phones...

A nice location just to the north of the city centre in a quiet suburban street, only 300m from Hamburger Straße U-Bahn station. Easy to reach from the airport in around 25 mins with a simple change at Barmbek. Friendly check-in and restaurant staff, and contemporary clean simply-furnished rooms with very comfy beds with mattress toppers. Buffet breakfast good value.

Location is good, friendly service, parking lots free of charge in front of the hotel But the room - needs an update. Spots on the carpet - which look like that some one tried to clean the carpet bed was comfortable bathroom small but clean
