1- my name is nit Clovis , he was my guest so big mistake 2- until today I never received my complementary drinks 3- I was refused food in the restaurant in the basis that I should be there by 730 so at 930 pm I should eat whatever left 4 I waited 30 min for a towel i had to leave without it The front just told sorry we forgot 5 because of the rush I left my earbuds of my phone I called 45 min They told me that they didn’t find it To conclude the ibis brand act like a motel the service is extremely bad

I’ve spent a short 5 hour sleeping between flights in the Guarulhos , São Paulo - Brazil Slow check in but nothing too extreme. A nice comfortable bed and a truly nice shower except the drained was clogged overflowing into the bathroom.......what to do ? Ihardly had time to report prior to running to shuttle and catch my flight A 7 rate was due to that.

There were no charging stations anywhere in this hotel. The plugs in the room were 220v and we did not have adapters/transformers for this. The front desk offered us a transformer but no adapter for US plug ins. It was a nightmare not being able to check our flights and otherwise communicate with our phones.

Check-in took about 40 minutes, with 4 staff members, but 3 were attending only 1 person at a time, while the other was trying to attend everyone else. They looked very confused by the way, with all the flight company members that were also checking-in with company booked rooms. Inside the room our bed was really squeaky. Being impossible to move without hearing very unpleasant sounds. My wife and I barely had some sleep. The towels (only 2, bath size, no face towels) were really thin and we got only 1 soap and 1 small shampoo that weren't enough for the 2 of us. Furniture and couch were stained all over, and even though the room was clean, it had a very dirty impression. We got room 555, you should check it. We left after one night, no intention to return.

It was terrible. Nobody able to help me when I arrived. Nobody solve my check-in problem fast, I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to get in my room, because I resolved by myself. I’m very disappointed with Ibis Guarulhos.

I always stay at Ibis because it's a reliable hotel with the same rooms everywhere, you know what to expected when you stay at it. It wasn't the case with Ibis Guarulhos. For the first time in my life I was disappointed with an Ibis. Old rooms, terrible cleaning, the room smelled like it hadn't been freshened in a while, the blankets were already opened on the plastic "sealed" bag and it even were teared on the side. Like my husband said "This is a hotel worth at max R$ 60 a night".

The management of this hotel has absolutely no idea how to keep a customer happy and return with their business. I was charged 50R for checking in a couple of hours early after an exhausting 36 hour overseas flight to Brazil. This is an outrageous money grab at a time when a customer is exhausted and in a need of rest. This experience felt like an extortion of my money at the most vulnerable time of my trip. I will never book a room in this hotel again. The room I booked was ready to go when I arrived, yet I was charged this ridiculous amount of money. It left me with the feeling of being robbed in Brazil. IBIS- NEVER AGAIN

This hotel has everything you need but no bells and whistles. I stayed there to be close to the airport and also because I frequently stay in IBIS hotels in different parts of the world. This one is definitely the most basic one I have visited. for example, no glass or drinking water in the room, and not totally clean. Service was great and transport to airport smooth and fast.

More than 20 min to find my reservation in front desk. After 5 days I have not received my invoice. Unfortunately I have another reservation for monday, I hope this time check in faster and I will claim my pending invoice and request printed invoice on departure day.

There is no Coffee and Cream (milk) without sugar. You have to drink it direct from a machine with no option for people that can´t have sugar. I asked them to have it apart, but they didn´t have this option
