« Mistrust solved afterwards. »

Everything was fine except I paid twice for the room because the receptionist didn't believe me that I already paid. Afterwards they returned my money quickly, so everything was fine.

« the new rooms are exellent »

This was my tihrd time at you hotel. The new rooms ar a very pleasent surprise, the air-co unit is efficient and quiet, the new shower is exellent and the thermal and acoustic insulation works very well. Regarding your new check in system as a former F.O. manager, I got mixed fillings. The clerks going arround in the lobby can create a problem with the movemant of incoming or outgoing guest.

« Had to leave early due to noise building work »

Spoilt as we were woken up early by workmen drilling. It was so noisey we could not sleep and had to leave the hotel a lot earlier than planned. On leaving I filled in a complaints form for which I have yet to have a response. To make matters worse thieves are working on the shuttle buses and my husband had his wallet stolen.

« The experience was dissatisfactory and disappointing. »

My experience was not enjoyable in any sense. We were checked into a room that we had to move from the next day due to construction, which was very inconvenient for us with our 6 suitcases that the office refused to store for us. It was upsetting for us, especially considering the office knew about this in advance but didn't think to put us in a first floor room since our stay was during construction time frame. Staff members had foul, rude attitudes whenever we had questions. For example, I asked a staff member for lotion & they asked me, "what for?" Another example was the time when we were moved to another room and it smelled like dog urine & when we told staff the response lacked concern or any interest to help our situation. They told us we would have to wait until the manager comes in the morning for the situation to be fixed. Even then, we never heard from any manager. Another example, each time we left for the day, we would come back to a still dirty room. No new sheets & trash was hardly ever taken out! Overall, the hotel experience was not very inviting and neither was staff or the room environment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even for a short stay.

All our employees should treat each guest with respect en definitely assist them with all their effort. Regarding the several issues which occurred during your stay are unacceptable for us. Both the dog urine and the dirty rooms after you went to the city are also unacceptable! In any case we should have offered you a different room which is clean as it should be in the first place. I forwarded your experience to our Hotel Manager to discuss this matter and prevent it from the future. Stayed here on a few occasions due to next day flights,buses easy to find and frequent. Breakfast ok for what you pay continental style,would be good if alarm clocks could be put in room as can't have early call from reception

Dear sir /Madam I'm visiting to Amsterdam the Netherlands since last 20 years and the hotel is same previously it was Etap now it's ibis budget . Your service to the customers is excellent. Only one thing hurt me is use of artificial flowers at the tables Since I'm a farmer flower grower by profession I suggest to use natural flowers . « Recent stay at Schipol Airport Ibis Budget »

Check in was simple and slick. I felt welcomed. Breakfast was simple and efficient. Room was really small with just enough room for two guests. En suite shower was excellent, but the toilet was cramped. Did not like the restaurant at all. We went to the burger place on the second floor. The order was wrong and took a lot of time to get to us. Not impressed.

We liked the mobile check-in and staff assistance overal. We used the shuttle and availability from 7am to 8am (4 buses) was excellent. Room was comfortable and very clean. Our only complain is an unidentified noise that sounded like an old printer that occurred every few minutes. For your reference our room was no 62 if u plan on investigating.

My room was very cleanas was the en-suite. The accommodation was very basic but that is explained in the hotels title,'budget,' Breakfast was available too. Somthing not readily available in many badget hotels. Ideal for overnight stays if one is needing to save money. No frills but all the basics but CLEAN.

« A place to sleep that smelt terribly of cigarettes »

Long story short, the room was disgustingly smelling of cigarettes when we arrived at 4am. As it was very late (or rather early in the morning), and since at check in we were told that our room is the last available, we had to go ahead and sleep with that smell. Other than that, it could have been a feat experience.
