Convenient location not too far from the Airport in Milano Malpensa airport. Hotel is a good price for the location. classic Ibis hotel. Breakfast is okay for this type of hotel nothing fancy.

« Room was good but the front desk customer service is lacking »

Rooms are always clean and comfortable. The pricing is very reasonable. The only thing that could be better is the front desk clerks. They are not very friendly and rarely do they smile and greet you warmly. They almost have a don't care attitude. The front desk staff on many occasions is sitting in the back office while you are waiting for them to appear at the front desk. They should be at the front desk waiting for you to arrive at all times.

« Abysmal shuttle service information »

This is the information on your website for the shuttle from MXP - "Many hotels offer prepaid and complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. If this is a service the property offers, you will need to make arrangements directly with the hotel and additional charges may apply." What use is that? I called the one number I could find (+39…711), which promised that someone would help me shortly, but no-one picked up the phone, and after 15 minutes I gave up. I called again after about 10 minutes and this time someone did pick up, telling me that the shuttle bus would be at Terminal 2 in about 5 minutes. It actually took 15 minutes before the bus showed up. Why can't you provide information on your website about the schedule and pickup locations? The answer is that you don't care.

« Excellent airport hotel »

Very efficient hotel, good bed, good douche. Possibility to eat late and early. Transfer by shuttle to and from the airport for free. Wait at the arrival, gate 10 where all the hotel shuttles stop. White Ibis/Novotel van. Same place for drop off. 10’ drive. Best to reserve.

« INCONSISTENCY »

This was the second time that we stayed at Ibis in less than a week. We dined for the second time at the restaurant, ordered the same items as the previous night, and were totally disappointed by the inconsistency of the flavor and their appearance.

« Great value, poor ventilation »

I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and plan to stay again. It offers excellent value and convenient location to Malpensa. However, the room’s ventilation system is terrible and it is impossible to keep the window open with the curtains closed.

« Clean, no frills affordable experience, but not close to the airport. »

It was a very quick stay, so I coudn't really appreciate the little details, but it was good as an overnight stopover hotel. The big problem is that I had to wait one hour for the Shuttle to come and pick me up from the airport. I ended up taking the shuttle to another hotel, where my friend was staying, and then walking from there.

Hotel shuttle was not easily explained resulting in time spent inquiring and seeking out the location for pick up. Our room 105 was located directly above the smoking area which prevented us from being able to open the window for fresh air. Check in was extreamly slow.

the staff were very friendly and positive, but struggled with the demands of managing the influx from someone else's cancelled flight. The beds were comfortable but the rooms basic for the price. The idea of pay as you go for food and drinks was excellent; it saved a lot of time at checkout.

« Good business hotel in close location to airport »

Good hotel for business people who are flying in the morning from Malpensa airport in Milan . Has shuttle service which is very convenient to use to get to airport and from airport back to hotel . Rooms are clean and superior rooms have café machine which is nice to make your café with out going down to restaurant .Staff very helpful and assisting in every inquiry .

« Reasonable value airport hotel. »

Great free shuttle from the airport. Excellent reception staff. Room clean but characterless, soulless and basic. Hotel corridors very stark and uninviting. The window was not well insulated so traffic noise was a bit of an issue. As it was the second time I had stayed at this hotel I knew to ask for a room overlooking the car park which was less noisy than where I had been located last time. The fire alarm went off at 01.00, obviously a false alarm thank goodness but that meant a broken nights sleep as it took ages to get back to sleep, not necessarily the fault of the hotel and it proved the fire alarm works! I don’t get a choice of where I stay due to company budgets but I do feel that for the price Ibis could do better. As for breakfast, the orange juice machine was not working and only water came out. I had to find someone to fix it. There were 2 coffee machines which were both broken when I was at breakfast at around 08.30 on the 07/10. They were repaired but the coffee was foul. The cheese had absolutely no taste and the consistency of chewing gum. I’m sure you can do something about these things that would improve the breakfast experience. It appears to me that, just because people usually stay for one night and, perhaps never return that, you provide the minimum expected.
