I had some problems like, for example, in the check-in the person seems to be not aware of how things work and she said my breakfast was not included in the reservation, but it was. I had to call to my agency requesting that breakfast should not be charged because the receptionist wanted to charge me at the check-in the breakfast that I would have in the four days along. Also, in my reservation there was a Double Queen bed and they put me in a twin bed room. The breakfast does not offer any option like gluten free.

The breakfast wasn't that good, last time I was on Ibis and didn't like it neither. The kitchen is the same, problably I wont be booking on Mercure or Ibis the next time I do a business trip. Otherwise, the service was fine

I know that the valet parking is not up to the hotel to manage but it is related to it. It is terrible, they tried to charge me 3 times, there was never I employee available right away and no one cared about basic covid safety (even after seeing me and my girlfriend wearing PFF2 masks). About the hotel itself, the Tv in the room made every movie look like an old one. All the static made watching it a annoying experience. I was going to let the TV and the valet slide if I had a good breakfast, which U didn’t. Before I even set at the table, I waited for 15 minutes after I asked for a fork which was not even close to the time I waited to get some scrambled eggs at the buffet. After I finely got what I wanted to eat and the utensils to do it, I tried to grab some coffee but believe it or not, there were no cups left. I spent more time trying to have breakfast then actually having it…. I really hope I was unlucky and caught the hotel on a -really- bad day, because I can’t believe that a place that is so nice looking, had such a awful infrastructure.

Slow service, staff is gentle but dont know the information or the giving services. Took at least half hour to do a check in, and the table was not even crowded, even having a platinum card
