Worst check-in process in the history of all check-ins with travel experience in more than 80 countries. Useless reception crew that acted as if we were homeless begging to stay inside... Checked in online first as suggested however, upon arrival, we needed to check in with contact and filling our all forms + representing all documents - what was the reason to check in online then??? Elevator button did not function during the entire stay so we needed to go up each time first before we can go down... Hotel room keycards needed reactivation EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Really Mercure???

When we did our check in the front desk guy told us that due to Covid, room cleaning will occur only after 3 days. Considering that, we thought that the bathroom will be cleaned every day and only the room within 3 days, but it didn’t happen! This, as a suggestion, we would like to ask to change the wastebasket in the bathrooms because the ones without any sort of cover gets smelly and makes the bathroom stinks! In addition, they could let more than one toilet paper at the bathroom. I had to ask at the haul for one more. Despite this situation, our stay was good and pleasant.

Location is great. Hotel is not well taken Care of. When we arrived we found two dead (at least) cockroaches in front of our bedroom. Bedrooms are really outdated. Shower was making a really weird noise. Breakfast is crowded, with Very little respect for covid protocols. When we arrived there were at least 6-7 tables that guests already left but dishes were still there. Coffe machine was out of coffe even though It was still 8:15. Clearly staff is insuficient for the hotel size. Check out took me about 40 minutes as there was a single person tô manage front office in rush hour. I have a Second reservation in a few days - bom refundable. I am simply going to waste my money as It seems a better option.

Excellent location, warm and polite staff and great status recognition (I'm an ALL Gold member). Good breakfast too. Amazing sea views from both the room and the swimming pool. Some wear and tear in the room, which was the only negative.

Weekend stay, during pandemic. The distancing and sanitizing procedures seem fine. The location and pool view are amazing. Room is just average, and amenities could be better.

All the bedroom presents stuffs in bad condition, the lamp didn’t work, the toilet paper was empty, the hair dryer was too old, the security box was rusty and the keycards didn’t functioned well (rooms 6071 and 4071)

Good hotel, well located. However, the maintenance wasn’t at its best. The intercom in the room wasn’t working, just the one in the bathroom was. The toilet seat was partially broken. The highlights were the pool and the breakfast.

Fast check in. Friendly staff. Good room size and bathroom is ok. I would suggest measuring people's temperature at the arrival but using the thermometer as it is supposed to, pointing to the forehead, not the arm or the wrist. it doesn't work that way.

Because of COVID you input a several of rules for guests. Until now so far so good. I wan't to drink a champagnhe beside the pool, and they said that it was not allowed, but I saw a lot of guests doing that. I went to the lobby and they say those people are wrong but the hotel could do nothing. So the rules are for just some guests, or it's for evebody. I cancel my reservation e leave the hotel in the same day I did the check-in.

The conference I was attending was cancelled, so I never got to the hotel at all. I cancelled the room on the checkin date, as that was when I learned about the cancelled conference. I still have not heard one word from the hotel regarding a refund for a single day.
