Super service at reception desk and in the restaurant. Room was very nice. Well located to Centre de Congrès. What can really be improved is the area, where you pick up your breakfast - really not much space, when at the same time the staff has to take out drinks/food from the cupboards and refrigerator.

We were pleased with the double room and the breakfast. But the room for breakfast was too small for so many people ... Best regards Kenn

Som of the staff where more than willing to try. But som of them where rude, would not try to understand.

I want a discount, - the Hotel was under reconstruction i the Reception and hal. A lots of noise, No, place to sit, with customers or friends. EVERY day, our "key" was reset. so we have to come down again. The La Boucherie, was THE BEST, we loved the Staff. and regards to them

Staff was Very kind and helpful And the beds very comfortable But a chaotic hotel with very less control Breakfast/restaurant was not capable to handle full booked hotel Totally chaotic during breakfast Due to construction work it was a mess many places

Pros: - 12 minutes walk to the Lyon Conference Center - Nice restaurant La Boucherie included Cons: - No gym room - No metro nearby

There were many problems with our stay - the room key kept getting itself deactivated sometimes in a matter of hours - there were repairs at the floor below and also in some days in adjacent rooms; therefore it was quite noisy and there was a strong smell of paint in the hallway - the breakfast was exactly the same every morning, there was no variation - the staff was not very helpful indicating the tourist attractions of Lyon

Everything ok . But the AA do not operste Boy yourself. You hace to ask the Receptionist how does it work ?

Very expensive for what you get. Breakfast was included in the reservation but when I arrived turned out that they couldn't serve hot meals, not even ham with your bread. Room was relatively clean but the toilet was smelly, and the mirror in the room shaked making loud noise every time next room opened the door or toilet door.

Although the room itself was okay for a business trip, there was some discomfort due to the renovations happening at the restaurant of the hotel. In addition, the nearby train tracks add some noise (my room was directing directly to the tracks). Due to the hotel renovations, the breakfast was reduced and was quite uncommon for me, as there were only sweet dishes. The price for the breakfast was reduced, therefore the breakfast overall was acceptable. On the plus side, the staff was very kind and helpful and did inform me of the renovations. The proximity to the congress center was great. My room was very clean and quite spacious.
