The hotel is bright and contemporary. It is situated close to the main attractions I.E. Casino etc. The staff were all welcoming and very polite and friendly. The room was so comfortable. Loved the idea of the toilet being separate from the bathroom. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I stayed in room 442. It was on the main road. You couldn't open the window as it was too noisy and dusty. The breakfast was not a proper buffet style, they stated that due to COVID it couldn't be. Everything was in little pots. The coffee was also bad! Lunch was then buffet style, very confusing! Although the staff were friendly and professional there are nicer hotels to stay at for half the price. Room service menu was also appalling.

Everything to make it great… but not yet

The location and accessibility of the hotel are perfect. The entrance is pleasant and everything is rather new and clean. Decoration could be more sophisticated. Team at entrance was welcoming, efficient and friendly. The main issue was the room. Everything was clean and modern. However the bed was small for the price and, more importantly, the air on just did not work at all and the windows did not open. It was room 722. It was so so hot. I was too tired to complain and ask for another room, maybe I should have as I could not sleep until 3.00 am. Also there was no more shampoo in the dispenser and I had to use the soap. For breakfast, it had nice setting and was well presented, the staff was super friendly, but it was nothing more than a Ibis style than what you would expect for a Novotel. Only meat and cheese and no salmon or other alternative to go with the eggs. It all felt too industrial and lacking any imagination or health consciousness. For a 270 euros a night stay, for Monaco, I felt it was disappointing. The Columbus offers a much better ratio quality-price for example.

The hotel was close to the rail station (within 2 blocks) and the rooms were clean and roomy. Dinner and breakfast was well done and the hotel was modern and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was very nice, clean and modern. The hotel was good generally, the breakfast could have been better in my opinion. Not a lot of choice being honest. Also the gym was very small not very well equipped and with hour slots to accommodate cleaning very tight to achieve a good workout.

Early check-in was fine. That’s all good to say. Door to bathroom couldn't close Very small toilet and no handwash They claim to be very hygienic, but there were no individual soap and shampoo Hotel is expensive compared to quality, but maybe it's usual for Monaco We needed to make a claim before they cleaned our room Only one chair in a double room. The restaurant is a story of its own. If you like the Monty Python go here, you will have it live. There were only 5 tables occupied in the restaurant but 5 waiters (too many chefs destroy the meal). First, we got the worst table amongst all the free once. Then we waited a long time for the card. Then we waited a long time to order. When they served the wine, they spoiled something 3 times. Then we waited a very long time for the meal, finally they came with something wrong. It shows up, that another table had got our food, then we waited a long time again to have our meal. They offered a free cappuccino as compensation, but it also took a long time to serve. One reason was that the lady in charge was busier talking in her phone than to take care of the restaurant. Even when she was serving customers, she took her phone and talked. When we should sign the bill they couldn’t find the credit card authorization, that they asked us to make at check-in. We could document on the bank account, but they run around and after some time they found out, that it was correct.

Stay was pleasant and generally very good. Check-in could have been a bit more streamlined as staff all quickly became occupied ordering taxis for other guests. Speedy check-out option arrived in my email after I had checked out. Check-out took too long in my opinion. Bed was fitted with a noisy matress protector which disturbed my sleep. Fix these minor issues and you'd have had a 10 rating.

12:00 check-in turned into a 14:10 check-in as room was unavailable. Went downstairs to the restaurant to get some drinks on an outside table as it was a hot day. The restaurant maitre d' turned us away however stating that it was restaurant service only. When we did finally get the key to our suite (suite 1123) we found one issue after another. The wooden floor lamp in the main salon was visibly broken and battered (very shabby) One of the pillowcases had a disgusting yellow stain on it. The rug on the floor was heavily stained in many places. The Google Chromecast unit in the main salon did not work (the one in the bedroom did) There was a faeces stain on the main toilet seat. There was also no shower gel in the dispenser within the shower. During the evening we had children playing 'knock and run' on our door. The mattress topper on the main bed didn't fit and was significantly smaller than the actual mattress. The list goes on. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had.

Great staff, but the rooms are dirty A.F. and the dining areas were not properly maintained (too much of that "sudiste" attitude). Still fighting to unlock my 370 EUR deposit, even after being charged AND debited for the full amount of my stay. UNBELIEVABLE. The only thing they have to do is signal it to their bank so that they unlock it and they refuse to do so, arguing that all is well at their end. Guess what: IT'S NOT! The amount is still BLOCKED! Total lack of professionalism, empathy, service and common sense. I wrote several emails, I've only received a phone call this morning to tell me I'm basically wrong. WHAT THE HELL ?!?!? I shared all the pdf of the transactions from my account for the local management to check and still, nothing's happening! Not even an email to update!!! Where did the general manager find his hospitality degree??? In a candy jar???? That property is a joke and an insult to the entire hospitality industry.

The most important for me is clean and quiet. The moment I arrived the people were efficient and I was able to go straight to my room. I knew the room so no surprise for me. The TV is nice and big and the bathroom is nice and clean. All good.
