In difficult times like these, I particularly appreciated the staff's courtesy and efficiency. The restaurant was closed but the take-away dinner was excellent. An added bonus was the grab-and-go-breakfast corner in the lobby. A safe and pleasant stay.

In challenging times like these staying in a hotel can be a source of concern, whereas my recent stay at the Sofitel Brussels Europe was completely positive. The staff was courteous and efficient and the cleanliness and comfort of my room made me feel completely relaxed and safe. The restaurant was closed on account of the current restrictions, but the grab-and-go breakfast in the lobby and the takeaway meals from the restaurant were great.

The staff at the reception was very friendly and the room was nice and comfortable. Despite the current Covid regulations, which meant there was no welcome drink, no restaurant and bar, the hotel provided a small coffee/tea nook, which I enjoyed.

Dear Mr. Vicario Antonio, front manager of Sofitel Brussels Europe, I finished my stay at Sofitel Brussels Europe on 22nd Oct., but something happened so I wanted to write it here. On 19th Oct. at 7:59, you wrote me and agreed to give me a free late departure time on 22nd Oct. at 4:00pm, because I asked you for it because I told you I had a TGV at 16:55 that day, and I thanked you by e-mail for that. On 22nd Oct., I was in my room n°401 and one of your man colleagues at the reception called me at 14:22 and quite impolitely told me "Madame, do you know that check-out time is at 12:00?" I explained to him that Mr. Antonio granted me a late checkout at 4:00 pm, he said there was no such a note in the system, but he believed me, then later I went to the reception at 15:32 and met Mr. DJEMAI Abdennour (I think this is his name) to whom I showed your e-mail, and he very kindly apologized for his colleague's rudeness, I accepted his apologies and appreciated his kind attitude. I just wanted to pinpoint that not only I have been a guest of your hotel these past years, am also a Gold card member of ALL Accor, if you didn't grant me the free late departure time, I would have paid the half-day with my points or in cash. You should tell your colleague that I gave my Platinum credit card when I checked in, so there was no way that I would leave without paying, so why was he so rude??!! I felt offended as if he was accusing me of occupying a room for overtime! On another note, I'd like to show appreciation to Ms.KHAN Gulnaz who gave me a very warm welcome on 20th Oct. when I checked in and, because of her kindness (she sent me your restaurant's menu), I had dinner at your hotel though I didn't like the current menu. Thank you very much for your kind patience reading through my long e-mail, and thank you again for giving me a later departure time so I did not have to wait in the rain and in the cold at Gare du Midi. We stayed here for a weekend staycation and had a wonderful time, relaxing and dining out. The hotel has good health and safety measures at all of its facilities. Hand sanitisers are all around. We felt safe and could enjoy ourselves at the restaurant for dinner which was the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was understandably limited than usual because it's a table service, but it was a good breakfast and we had more than enough. The room we got was also very good. We got a room overlooking Place Jourdan which was moderately buzzing on the weekend we were there, so it gave a good vibe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

Very much enjoyed my stay at the Sofitel Europe. Quiet hotel for doing work. Nice neighborhood with lot's of parks and restaurants. Enjoyed a room with a great view at the square. Enjoyed a great dinner at 1024 with a nice menu and perfect wines and beers.

The hotel is in a lovely little square surrounded by restaurants ,bakeries pub supermarkets pubs and a park!not so far from the city center ,40 min walking or 30 minutes by metro.the hotel is more a 4 star business hotel then a 5 star one.the table and the wardrobe were a little bit scratched and the shower door wasn't working properly.Everyday 2 bottled water per person are free.The shampoo ,shower gel and body cream from hermes are wonderful.The hotel is clean.Due to covid the breakfast is offered in the room.There are different options but each of them only include one juice and one beverage plus the food items of course .in my opinion a 5 star hotel shouldn't limit a breakfast beverage option .The radio system and the bed are great.

IT was a strange experience due to the cornona virus but everyone was helpful and friendly. We had to leave a day earlier and this was no problem.
